Please note that we have a valid business license to January 2025 so the new BC Legislation does not affect our condo. We have also included a photo of our license with the photos.

Come stay in the middle of it all downtown Victoria. Enjoy the top floor 1-bedroom suite with a view, a restful sleep in your Queen size bed away from bright light and noise, and free secure parking.

We are steps away from the Harbour, countless restaurants, shops, the beautiful Hotel Fairmont Empress if you fancy high tea, and the BC Parliament buildngs.

Extra bonus, we are a 10-minute walk from Harbour Air Seaplanes if you are visiting Victoria by air!

Golfing, whale watching, hiking, Butchart Gardens, Malahat Skywalk, and much more all within a short drive!

Quick getaway

Perfect spot nestled in downtown Victoria where my partner and I were able to walk to everything! Lots of cool restaurants and breweries nearby too!

Great location and hosts

What a wonderful clean and modern space. Close to all of our favorite restaurants and shops. Parking is included too. Can’t wait to stay again.

Amazing location and great place!

The location cannot be beat and the apartment was well appointed and clean. You can walk EVERYWHERE from here. The only negative was the hide a bed. It was a super cheap couch with the pull out cushions. It was not comfortable as a couch and even worse as a bed. Something to keep in mind if you are traveling with others who need a separate sleeping space.

Perfect stay

Very clean,modern, comfortable, well appointed unit. Centrally located to coffee shops, bakeries, shops, and restaurants. One block away from a major street.

Everything you would need. Bed was so comfortable and we had everything we needed. Extremely clean and quiet. Would highly recommend.

Stayed with my husband and daughter to visit our son who lives in Victoria. Walkable to many things. Well equipped and shows like the pictures. Enjoyed the balcony everyday.

I would highly recommend this lovely condo. It was quiet and very well situated in Chinatown just off the main downtown shopping area making it eminently walkable.

Amazing condo downtown Victoria

Clean, safe efficient condo with outstanding hosts. Very detailed check in and check out process which made it easy to find, park and stay. Excellent experience and we would recommend it for any couple or even family (we have 2 kids) visiting Victoria. Thank you Paul and Nadia.

Excellent Place to stay!

Other than a minor miscommunication about access, I found the whole experience at this place excellent! The apartment was very clean and perfectly equipped with everything I needed to be comfortable! The location was perfect, close to everything and the covered parking was appreciated. And the view from the patio was exceptional! I will ber back to this place, soon!

Clean and Convenient

We had an excellent stay! The property was immaculate and we loved the security of underground parking. The location was so convenient - within walking distance of many things and close to transit if we wanted to use that. The only hiccup happened when we arrived. We were supposed to go up to the room to get the FOB, but the elevator doesn't operate without the FOB... Luckily another resident/guest used their FOB and we were able to get up to the condo. Otherwise, we had a great stay and would definitely come again. Thank you!

We chose this property because it truly is in the heart of downtown Victoria. You can feel safe parking your vehicle in the secured underground parking, and walk everywhere. Being on the top floor reduces so much of the frustrations that come with living under others, and the sunsets during certain times of the year are magical.
