Jupiter Plantation Community is right on the waterfront with a community pool, tennis court, and private community dock (great for fishing and relaxing but not private boats, sorry) located in the heart of Jupiter, Florida. Kick back and make yourself at home at this beautifully decorated retreat that includes two spacious master bedrooms, one with a king and a beautiful remodeled bathroom, and one is a queen bed, both with en-suite bathrooms on the second level, and a large living room (with queen sleeper sofa) and dining room, remodeled kitchen, and half bath on the lower level. The townhouse sleeps six comfortably and includes many upgrades throughout. Relax and enjoy a refreshing beverage on the fully enclosed private patio area outside the living room and kitchen. Wi-Fi, cable television, linens, towels including beach towels, beach chairs, charcoal grill, hairdryer, washer/dryer and all your kitchen necessities are included with rental. Just bring your suitcase! (Note: you cannot use the private dock to keep your private boat at during your stay. Only owners that live year round can dock their boats at their slip.)

Delightful home and location

This was our second 2 week stay and this VRBO is decorated with nautical items and any supply one would need. We really enjoy having the intercoastal and pool so near and the patio is private and very comfortable. We stay in Florida for 7 weeks and this is our favorite place.

Comfort in Jupiter

Comfortable, well-appointed condo near the beaches will not disappoint. Our family had a wonderful reunion in Jupiter, enjoying the patio and (nearby) pool. Highly recommended!

Just Like Home, but better

Description was exactly accurate, lovely condo. Bonus that is was directly on the River and pool overlooked river. I would recommend that a digital keypad be installed instead of keys. The furnishings, pots and pans, etc. were just like home - and I truly appreciated it. Everything was provided and in excellent condition. After renting several VRBO units I felt blessed to be in such a nice place.

Paradise

Can’t say enough good things about our stay here! This house is so comfortable and inviting with such a relaxed and beachy/tropical feel. It is in a perfect location, close to the pool area and the dock. The entire complex is close to the beach, lighthouse, shopping and restaurants. We loved sitting out on the patio and going down by the dock to take in the water views and watch the boats go by. We rented bikes and rode around the neighborhood and the local parks. The house has all the essentials you would need during your stay, as well as a cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, tennis rackets, pool noodles, strollers, movies, and puzzles for your enjoyment. From booking the rental, to communicating with the property manager, to the informative welcome packet from the owners, this whole process was very easy. We highly recommend renting this wonderful townhome!

A Hidden Gem

Location, location, location...who knew Jupiter Plantation so close to everything could also be so beautiful and tranquil? The view, the sunsets, the ambience of this lovely Beach House made for the perfect vacation!!

Lovely but I would have liked more room in the kitchen, So many of the cabinets in the kitchen and dining room were stocked to the brim with drinking glasses. No space for food, etc. The area is lovely and we walked to the river most nights. The location is great! Near everything. I would recommend this place

Stay in Jupiter

Nicely appointed town house in a four plex inside a large complex. The unit was clean and well laid out with good beds and a nice courtyard and the pool was excellent. Unfortunately, this is not on the water as advertised, it is a large complex with river access at the pool, 150 yards away. If you want on the water this is not the unit. The neighbor in th is 4 plex is a drummer so we had two loud nights, but ignored it.

Wonderful Beachy Getaway Home

We enjoyed a week at the cozy turtle condo. Extremely clean, cute beachy and turtle decor, close to so many beaches and restaurants too. Be sure to visit Jupiter Donuts and Dune Dog if you stay here. Definitely will stay here again next time we visit if avaliable!

Charming, Fun and Convenient Getaway with Fantastic Hosts!

We had such a wonderful, comfortable stay in this charmingly decorated getaway! We felt right at home here, and we loved that we were just steps away from the water, where we spent many days relaxing by the pool. It was so easy to see the sights as this place is so centrally located—just minutes from everything we might need, close to many beautiful parks and beaches, and close to lots of cool little restaurants (our favorites were the Square Grouper Tiki Bar for atmosphere, U-Tiki for food)! Terri and Tracey were phenomenal hosts, always quickly answering any questions we might have and responding immediately to any issues that might arise. They really went out of their way to help in any way they could. Thank you so much for making our stay a trip to remember, and we hope to come back again someday!

Great Location

Townhouse is in a perfect location in the Jupiter area. Neighborhood is very quiet, great pool area right on the water. While we were there we had a terrible ant problem in the kitchen - dealt with that on a daily basis and the ants got into our baked goods in containers. Every morning we had to wipe down the kitchen it was so bad. Reported it to the property manager but nothing was done - we went out and bought ant baits but it didn't work. When we checked in the kitchen lights were flickering and I pointed it out but was told they would be fine - they weren't. So all week we had flickering lights in the kitchen. The upstairs where the bedrooms are was extremely hot. A/C was great downstairs but when you were upstairs it was extremely uncomfortable. Would never want to stay at this property in the heat of the summer.

A great little spot in Jupiter. Close to all amenities such as shopping, highway, and the beach. The house has everything you need. I especially appreciated the welcome book as we did have to visit emergency for Something minor. Lovely spot!

We are the Smiths - Terri, Simon and Brett. We live in San Diego, California, but Simon went to high school in Jupiter, Florida, so we purchased this "home away from home" to be closer to family while we are in Florida and absolutely love spending time here with all of them. We hope that you will also feel at home when you are enjoying our "home away from home". Welcome!

Why they chose this property

This is a little piece of the Florida Beach community for us! We own here because the family is close by, but also because we love the area and the things to do when we are here! The beach during the day, or the pool, and then visit the dock at night and reflect on the day overlooking the sparkling light filled water - one of our favorite places to find peace!

What makes this property unique

This home is close to everything, it is only a short drive to the Beach, shopping, restaurants, and minutes away Roger Dean Stadium, the Home of Baseball Spring training for the Miami Marlins and the St. Louis Cardinals. We love to enjoy time at the pool, which affords beautiful views of the Loxahatchee River and the Jupiter Lighthouse. You can fish for hours off of the community dock, or dock your boat and take it out for a sunset cruise. The private, fenced in patio is lovely to enjoy a cocktail in the evening or a cup of coffee or tea in the morning reading.
