Great place

Property suited our needs well. Kitchen was very well stocked. This house has pack and plays, high chairs, booster seats, beach towels, a blender, coffee makers, just about anything you could think of you might need with small children. The house was as clean as a rental property can be with such heavy use. The walls could use a wash/paint. The property manager was fabulous and reached out to use to tell us when the house was ready for our arrival, and was really responsive to our communications at check in. The only negative has nothing to do with the house itself, but the resort. They are not very nice at check in and search your bags when you enter the pool. my kids brought a water football for the pool and they were very nasty in telling us that it needed to be returned to the house and couldn't be brought into the pool area. There were multiple incidents with other people while we were at the pool. Many incidents could have been avoided in the pool area if they would soften their approach a bit with people. We spent three days by the pool and enjoyed ourselves.

13 days of sun and fun

We came to watch college baseball and to have some fun in the Davenport, Kissimmee, Celebration and Orlando area. We had 7 guests and we had a blast. The clubhouse pool is a short walk (about 8 houses away) and we have no backyard neighbors! Gwen was the best property manager I’ve ever had. She provided us portable chairs for baseball and was just the sweetest person on the phone and via text. We would stay there again or at any of her other properties!

Perfect for Multiple Families

Our family gathered in the Orlando area for a family wedding. There were three separate families, one with small children. We loved the pool and game room and the private bath for each bedroom. The traffic outside the subdivision is horrible, so add time for getting anywhere. Everything else is great and we would stay there again.

Nice property, needs some maintenance

We arrived late due to delayed flight to find door lock wasn't set correctly. Had some trouble getting access due to nighttime arrival. Nice property, nice neighborhood. Did not use neighborhood pool. House had several light bulbs out, broken kitchen cabinet door, one set of blinds didn't function and one bath fan didn't work. Didn't affect our stay, but showed need for maintenance.

Wonderful Fall Break in Davenport

We had a great time in Davenport, FL for fall break this year. We have a very large family and the space was perfect, especially for my dad who uses wheelchair! We were there during Hurricane Milton, but luckily no major damage, just some nets that were replaed the next business day. The only issue I had was getting our parking passes for both vehicles. I had to go back and forth between security and manager a few times, apparently new rule, but all was taken care of! We wpuld definitely rent again.

Great experience

The house itself was great. We had a few issues, but they didn't affect our positive views of this place. The ice maker didn't work at all. And the code to enter the home didn't work on arrival.

Very nice stay!

Came for a family vacation (no Disney or Universal) and we really enjoyed staying in this house. The layout is very spacious and accessible (no stairs, except one to get into the house from outside). Had one hiccup with the door code not working at first but an Evolve rep. helped us right away. House was pretty clean and had all the basic essentials stocked (we needed to purchase additional paper products to get us through the week though), the decor is very sweet, especially in the kid's rooms. Beds were fine and pretty comfortable, except for one (room with framed blue Mickey Mouse). The pool and game room are a definite plus! Overall, very worth the price and would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

House was exactly as described. We arrived late (around 11pm) and had no problem checking in at security and making our way into the house. The house was very clean and the small snack supply available upon arrival was greatly appreciated. Perfect house for groups as every bedroom has access to their own bathroom. Couch was a great size for all to lounge after long days out in the heat. Comfortable dining seating for 12 as well. Ample storage space in all bedrooms by way of large closets (with hangers!) and drawer space. You can really unpack and make yourself at home. Took special note of the simple amenities for kids that have been missed in other rentals such as children’s plates, bowls, utensils and cups. The pack and play was clean and easy to set up. For those who want to turn on the light feature in the Star Wars room, point the remote down underneath it to hit the sensor. My little guy was thrilled when we figured that out. Although we traveled with our own puddle jumpers, if you’d rather avoid the hassle there were a few extras located in the outdoor storage chest. For the owners - the outdoor storage chest is getting quite full of “leftover” pool floats and toys and could use a good clean out/purge :)Biggest perk is that it’s in close walking distance to the club house and pool (but not too close to be a noise issue). We loved floating in the lazy river and enjoying some frozen cocktails in the shade. Be sure to check out the clubhouse event calendar as many days have special activities, such as DJ pool party, glow party, and movie night by the pool during our stay. Only complaint is the thermostat would turn back up to mid-high 70s when we’d leave, so the house would feel warm and stuffy when we’d return on 100 degree days.

Our First Vrbo stay

This was our very first experience with a vrbo. We were very cautious to do our due diligence and looked into many different properties. After looking at many properties this one had checked most of our boxes. When arriving to the house we were so excited to see that it was exactly what was listed. The house was large, had beautiful rooms and was very clean. The pool was amazing size and paying for the heated pool was so worth it. The game room was exactly what my kids wanted and they loved playing the games. The owners had a binder in the living room explaining how to use everything in the home, from remotes to TVs. They even supplied a “starter kit” with dish soap, paper towel, garbage bag and a few other things. I have very few complaints with the house. We really enjoyed our vacation and can’t wait to go back. It was an amazing experience for our first time.

family vacation

My Grandchildren loved the themed rooms. the adults loved the game room. kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans and dinnerware. The pool outside is a great addition. we used the resort which was wonderful and it was nice to come back to the private pool for evening use. some of the beds looked like they were falling apart. I'm guessing previous guests allowed kids jumping on the beds. The back room had wooden planks on the floor under the bed which had clearly fallen from the bedframe. The planks were quite noticeable and I was surprised that the cleaning crew didn't inform the owner. we were still able to use the bed, but I'm not sure how sturdy it would be for a big person. overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Delightful Stay!

Little Florida oasis

We stayed feom nov 30to dec 5th. This house was everything we needed snd more. It was clean, well kept, had all amenities needed. Great amount of space as well. I will recommend this and would love to return!

Loved our stay and great location.

We could not have asked for more from this property and its owners/management. The property was super clean, beautiful, spacious and provided more amenities than we expected. The kids went crazy and really enjoyed the game room, the adults did too :) what a bonus! We enjoyed our morning coffees outside in the screened in lanai and drinks by the hot tub at night. The heated pool was perfect for our night swims and the days we needed to recharge our battery from visiting the parks. So glad we chose this vacation property. We will 100% be staying here again.

Guests Beware!

Beautiful home! Overall, I'd give it a 9.5 out of 10. Home was clean, inviting, and with no obvious damage. If I could highlight a few things during my experience is that the pool was a little chilly (so make sure that you mention to turn the heater on during reservation). Additionally, on our first night we encountered a large snake in the driveway about a foot from the passenger door of our vehicle. Luckily we seen it before anyone could've stepped on it. It ended up going between the houses into the backyard swamp/marsh area.

Family Vac

The property was amazing. From the time we checked in at the security office everything went smoothly. The security staff at the gate where awesome check-in at the house was easy with no problems. Other than the weather not cooperating from time to time our stay was Wonderful. The house has everything you need. You will not be disappointed booking this house. Home is located in a safe and quite community. The host Emilio was Awesome easy to contact and gets back to you in less than 10mins. The next time we're in Davenport we would definitely stay here again keep up the great work. The Skinner crew.

Plenty of room good location

We stayed here to visit Disney and the Space Center. Location was great lots to do and easy to get to highway. A dip in the pool after hot days was great! The kids had a blast in the game room.

Horrible experience!!!!!

If I could rate a zero I would. To begin the first day we arrived we only got to use the pool during the day time. Since the outdoor netting was ripped open and a Raccoon was trying to come in. Thank god we noticed if not someone could’ve gotten hurt ! Second day the kids try getting in the pool but it was cold and we paid for spa/pool heating. The bubbles in the spa wasn’t working… I call the host EMILIO, to ask for help. He tells me he’ll somebody over in the next 30-40mins. Two hours later I call again because no one has came to try and fix it…. He gives me attitude telling me there’s nothing he can do. When I told him about the broken net and the Raccoon issue he tells me “there’s nothing he can do because the Raccoon is MOTHER NATURE!!! that the net is specifically for the mosquitos !!!” I honestly couldn’t believe this person was speaking to a paying customer this way !Not only that but he insinuated we had broke the net !!!!! They shouldn’t be renting a home if there’s things broken and they’re putting people at risk ! I also mentioned to him how he was being nasty and he just got even more nasty with me ! They shouldn’t have people like him working there, if I get a home for my family and myself the plan is to relax and not stress and get upset! At this point I just accepted that the whole trip was a waste of money. Never again !!!! Also when coming inside the community they have the longest line of cars to come in they make you wait !
