The Colonnades 1401 is a four-bedroom, four-bath condo with incredible Gulf-front views from the 14th floor. Located just east of Hwy. 59 in Gulf Shores and within walking distance to The Hangout!

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and primary bedroom

• Laminate flooring is in the bedrooms and tile flooring is throughout the rest of the unit

• The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with everything that you need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats eight.

• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed. The primary bathroom has a jacuzzi tub

• The second bedroom has a king-size bed

• The third bedroom has a queen-size bed

• The fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• Maximum of two cars allowed

You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Short Christmas get away with family

My husband, son and I met our 2 daughters and sons-in-law for Christmas and a nice deep sea fishing trip. This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo gave all of us perfect space for perfect togetherness! The views of the ocean from this corner unit were amazing. The sunrise over the pier each morning was spectacular!

Our stay at the Colonnades was exceptional! The location was perfect, we had amazing views of the ocean, and the condo had everything we needed. The kitchen had more than enough cooking supplies, and we were able to utilize the boogie boards that were provided as well. The condo was nice and clean, and we would definitely recommend this stay to anyone traveling to the Gulf Shores area!

Wonderful Stay!

This is a wonderful, well appointed condo. The view of the beach is amazing with the maximized windows. The balcony and water view opposite the beach was also great. Beautiful Condo!

The condo was just as the description stated. Our family stayed for 7 days and loved the beautiful views and space. We had 6 adults and 3 littles and there was more than enough room for all of us without feeling crowded. There was construction next door, but it wasn’t problematic. Would definitely recommend!

We had a rough start had to wait 30 minutes for our unit to be cleaned then they only left 1 parking pass received a knock at the door at 10pm by a security guard that said our vehicle would be towed if we didn’t get the parking pass called at 8am the next morning it took 3 phone calls to get a parking pass I waited in the unit for 2 hrs

Lovely property

My family and I had a great experience at this property! It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and the view was gorgeous. Cooking was a breeze with adequate dishes/utensils. Very nice appliances throughout. We especially enjoyed the bar area and ice maker. Management was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Security was excellent. Although there was intermittent noise during the day due to construction underway next door, it minimally impacted our overall experience. We definitely recommend this property.

Gulf Shores Easter

Since college students don’t get a break for Easter and many are missing home cooked meals, I treated my son and all his roommates that attend UA to a weekend at the beach. The condo was well appointed with 4 bedrooms, baths a miraculous view and easy access to the beach. The only down side was that the hot tub and pool was not accessible via the elevator nor usable after 10pm. Understand that “spring break” has been and was happening but Adult hours from 10pm-Midnight would have been appreciated. Other than that we had a wonderful time and highly recommend staying at this condo again.

Condo was great. We did have a problem connecting to wifi but was handled promptly. Condo was clean and roomy for 5 women. Construction next door was not a problem. We would stay here again for sure. The fan in the living room didn’t work though, I think the batteries in the remote might be dead. Beds were comfortable, rooms were nice, kitchen was ok. Looks like the built in microwave was broken so they brought in a counter top model. Overall no complaints. We did stay an extra day at a discounted rate which was really nice. Beautiful condo, beautiful views, beautiful company..

Nice place, great location

Let me start by saying overall this place was nice. Customer service through the booking place was amazing and fast. Place is starting to show some wear and tear. Some of the blinds are missing/don’t work, went to pull my phone charger out and the cover and outlet almost came with it, little things like that. There is nothing provided so be prepared to buy everything you need. I’m used to places like this having at least basic spices and tin foil type things in the kitchen There weren’t even extra blankets or towels so we had to do wash often (which we had to buy our own soap to do) and we had to go buy some lap blankets because there were no extra to use. Advertisement was also wrong there was no indoor pool which was super disappointing since it wasn’t always the warmest while we were there. They did try to make up for it but that was a big deciding factor for us to choose this place. Overall it was a nice place but not one we would go back to.
