Just outside the double doors, our sprawling paved patio feels like an extension of the living room. Here, a BBQ pit stands ready for sizzling summer cookouts. An inviting array of chairs and lounge chairs create intimate corners for scrolling, poolside selfies, or chatting with your travel companions. Terracotta planters give the space a home-away-from-home feel, leading the eye to a lush lawn that gives way to a private sparkling pool.

The corner downstairs bedroom has a large screen TV, a view of the private pool, and a door that opens directly to the patio. Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- Full access to this property requires the use of stairs.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.
- The pool heating fee is $100 for the first three days, and $25 for each additional day. 24 hour advance notice is required.
