Florida's Best-Kept Secret - Navarre Beach is like 'Heaven on Earth'. Enjoy the beautiful 'Crystal Blue Waters' and 'White as Sugar' sand beach similar to Destin and Pensacola Beach along Santa Rosa Island and adjoins the Gulf Islands National Seashore (miles of unspoiled uninhabited beaches in the Gulf Islands National Park). Fish from the longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico.

Our first floor vacation rental condo is conveniently located on the first floor and has a king-size bed with Sealy Posterpedic mattress in the master bedroom and regular twin-size bunk beds in the hallway. The condo has a large kitchen with ceramic tile, two full baths, a queen size sleeper, a dishwasher, and a washer and dryer. It also has a private outside balcony.

This is the perfect vacation location for relaxation and action and is situation next to miles of gorgeous uninhabited beaches and emerald waters and within 30 minutes of Destin and Pensacola Beach.

Perfect location

Location was perfect close to the beach! It felt like home. I was happy that we literally had all the essentials. Bed was comfortable, and the owner responded so quickly! I didn’t ask her for the pool code, so if you go you will need that if you desire to swim.

Another wonderful year at Gulf Island Condos

We rent this condo every year and it never disappoints. Gulf and sound side beaches are a short walk away. The pool and the property is well maintained. It is so convenient to stores, the national seashore, and Navarre pier. Can’t wait to come back here next year!

Great Adventure Base

This Condo on Navarre Beach is a great base for Northern Florida adventures. The appliances worked well and sleeping arrangements were very fine. We explored Santa Rosa Island from the Naval Live Oaks Preserve to Destin. The Fishing Pier gave one of us a great opportunity to fish, and free parking at the pier was a plus for transporting gear. Restaurants in the area were within easy reach and served great seafood.

Great for the price & found the beach chairs on check-out day

We stayed October 23-26, 2024. The location is easy access to the beach and fairly close to all of the “activities” in Navarre Beach. There were a few minor maintenance issues with the property but nothing that interrupted our stay. In fact, they are items I could fix and considered asking the owner for staying privileges if I did a little work. Lol. The one thing we wish we would have known was there were some beach chairs under the bunk beds. We found those as we were checking out. Additionally, I didn’t find any beach towels, so you may consider bring your own. We would stay again!

Beach Time

The unit was clean. It has some signs of wear and tear but it’s a rental and I would stay there again. Host was very pleasant. Unit has beach chairs and umbrella.

Affordable Paradise

This unit is perfect for me & my 3 kids! All 3 of the beds are so comfortable. It’s a very short walk to the beach (access right across the street) & we always go to the pool after the beach for a refresher. The condo is small but functional and affordable and we love it!

Vicki's place did not disappoint once again! This was our second stay at her condo and we have already booked the third. She is a wonderful owner to work with and her condo is perfect for us. Amazing!

Condo was clean, and beds were all very comfortable! Pictures don’t do it justice. The Complex is nice, and the condo is great! Would highly recommend and definitely would stay here again!! Only complaint is being on the first floor… you hear EVERYTHING above you. But, it’s nice not having to haul all of our food and luggage up hundreds of steps!

Another fabulous stay at Vicki's place!

Vicki's condo never disappoints when we stay here. This was our fourth time staying and just as wonderful as the time before. Condo is always well kept, updated and we loved the new patio door put in. Her cleaning company had the place spotless and smelling fresh when we arrived. If you are looking for convenience to beaches without the massive condo building experience- this is it! Relaxing and quiet while only a very short walk to the most beautiful beaches in the world. Looking forward to another stay with Vicki.

The unique benefits of our condo is that you have very easy access to the beach at an unbelievable price. The beach access is right in front of our complex. Also Navarre Beach is a non-crowded and relaxing atmosphere, The longest fishing pier in the Gulf is now only steps away from our condo.
