Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. This helps our neighbors stay enthusiastic about our rental services.

Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. We do not allow any house parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes. We pride ourselves in being a company that offers a pet friendly place at many of our properties please see our pet policy below

Pet Policy:

Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in, please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.

Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.

Comforts of Home

Our stay in Nampa was great! The home was clean and all the comforts of home were enjoyed. The space accommodated our family very comfortably and Max our dog had a great fenced in back yard with trees to play. The rental staff was friendly and helpful when we extended our stay a second week. We’d book this place again!

Dog Poop Everywhere!

The worst thing was the back yard full of dog poop. Someone stayed long term and did not pick up after their dog. We had to pick up a ton of poop (with a spoon) to be able to use the back yard. Inside, everything was dirty and in need of a thorough cleaning. We mopped the kitchen and hall with a wet towel so we wouldn’t stick to the floor. The towel ended up almost black with dirt. The glass stove top was full of baked on crud. The pots and pans were sticky dirty. There were beer caps on the carpet. Whatever was under the plastic liners in the kitchen garbage cans was disgusting. The outside garbage cans in the garage were full. There were many missing or burnt out light bulbs. We made due since it was convenient to where we needed to be. This is the second place we’ve rented from the same owners with terrible results both times. Renters beware!

Nice house and yard.

Great location, listing was exactly as described. The house was nice and the yard was great for our dogs. The only thing that could be improved was the cleaning. The floors had sticky spills in main hallway and kitchen. The kitchen was a sticky mess as well.
