Notice of Beach Stairs Railing Replacement Project: Please be advised that the stairway leading from the Bay Villas (Bldg 20 and 21) down to Oneloa Beach will be closed from November 17th, 2025 through December 19th, 2025. The closure is necessary in order to upgrade the weathered stair safety handrails.The existing rail system will be demolished and replaced, and the work will involve jackhammering of concrete and metal cutting, which may result in elevated noise levels in the area. The buildings most affected by this work will be buildings 20 and 21. The work will take place Mon - Fri, 9am to 2:30pm. There is no work taking place during the US Thanksgiving holiday on Thurs., Nov. 27 or Fri., Nov. 18th. During this time, guests and owners can access the beach via the beach trail which starts on the ocean side of Building 36. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Should the project be completed ahead of schedule, we will notify you immediately.

Notice of Pool Resurfacing Projects: Kapalua Bay Villas will be conducting a series of scheduled pool resurfacing projects this spring 2026 to maintain and enhance the property. Each of the three pool areas will be closed at separate times during its designated period as follows:
