Great stay in the Golf Villas

This is a very nice property on the PGA grounds. Seamless check-in, very clean, no problems. We also found the regular residents to be very friendly. Exactly what we look for in a vacation rental.

Perfect location for a baseball tournament

This home was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a mid-week baseball tournament. The hosts were very responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated being able to wash our son’s uniforms. We will definitely return the next time we are here.

Awesome Place

This condo has everything that you could possibly need for a stay. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, clean, and in a great location. Getting in and out of the PGA grounds was easy and seamless. I highly recommend this place.

A little piece of paradise

This was a perfect rental for our family of five. We came down for our kids spring break… Couldn’t have asked for a better location. So much to do in the area ! The property itself had everything we needed as far as linens and kitchen supplies. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella & beach toys. Everything was very clean as well. Hope to be back soon!

Ideal rental in great location

The condo is accurately depicted in the photos. It was very clean, well-appointed and was perfect for me when I traveled to visit family. So much so that after staying for a few days in mid-May 2024, I have booked it again for a weekend in mid-June. The community is very nice, very safe and gated. One minor issue: the lock box is awkward. I’d suggest either a digital, coded lock or a digital lock box since the existing lock box is clunky and difficult to see at night. That said, the condo itself is perfect.

This was a quiet, peaceful golf community condo and we loved it! The only issue was the property manager not getting back to us with the lockbox code. We had to call her after no response to email. The key was not in the box but the property owner gave us the door code right away after we called. The property was within easy reach of Lion County Safari, Peanut Island and Cox Science Center. Great place to take a toddler. The only thing we wished we had in the condo was a guest book with explanations for what keys were for what and a restaurant and area list. Overall we had a blast!

Nice property near PGA National

Clean, bright, comfortable, two bedroom apartment. Quiet neighborhood, easy parking, close to stores and restaurants as long as you have a car. Only issue is that I wish that the property contact knew to expect me and communicated with me ahead of time to give me the access code. My name was not at the security gate, so I had to show a copy of my e-mail to get past PGA security. No contact once at the property to see if everything was ok or if there were any questions or to help me vacate appropriately. Otherwise, an excellent alternative to the local hotels.

Beautiful, well-appointed 2bd,2bath condo

This was my second stay at this particular condo in three months. I’ve been coming down to Florida for several months to help my Dad who has been ill. This condo is the perfect respite. Very clean, stocked with basics, working washer/dryer in unit (great for super efficient packers), very quiet neighborhood that is serene with nice walking paths. There is a Publix that is maybe a 4 minute drive, perfect for stocking up for your stay. My only criticism is that when you arrive on-site you have to call the property manager for the entry code. This is less than ideal if, like me, you arrive late at night. The code should be sent via text or email either close to check-in or upon confirmation. Like I said, I’ve stayed here twice and had to call for the code both times. The neighborhood is a big plus in addition to the unit being beautiful. On my other trips, I stayed in another condo in this complex and think the area is perfect.

Clean & Lovely Condo

We loved the location, friendly people, quiet neighborhood and beautifully appointed property. We found everything we needed EXCEPT a binder or manual for the property. A map of the premises, pool location would be most helpful. My email with checkin instructions had wrong info. I was told to use last 4 digits of phone no. for the booking -understanding this to be MY phone number. After numerous attempts, I called Michelle, our contact. She gave us the correct code. She was pleasant & helpful. I would recommend your place to friends & would book it again.
