This Condo has it all! The gorgeous third floor corner unit showcases stunning views of the inter-coastal bay and the Gulf from the wraparound private balcony. This unit has recently been renovated and high end upgrades in the kitchen and bathroom will make your stay comfortable. The unit can sleep up to 6-people.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a gorgeous in suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom can accommodate 4 with 2 double beds.
The unit is decorated in a tropical motif and even includes a large glass top "pineapple" dining room set. The unit has a dedicated Wi-Fi connection.
This location is ideal and within walking distance to a variety of great restaurants and quaint shops. You are within a short drive to all of the Florida major attractions.
Enjoy our brand new patio and heated pool just steps from the beach. Please note the minimum age for the primary renter must be 25. Sorry, we are a non-smoking and pet free facility. Thanks and enjoy
Important Notice: Fifty Gulfside is currently undergoing reconstruction due to damages sustained from Hurricanes Helene and Milton. While we are excited to welcome guests back, we want to make you aware of ongoing conditions at the property. The ground floor and beachside patio/deck remain active construction zones, and the pool and deck have not yet reopened. Guests may experience construction noise Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM, and certain areas of the property may be temporarily blocked off. Elevator service may be intermittent, and beach access from the property is currently unavailable, however, public access is available next door. Additionally, there may be occasional power or water outages with little notice. All guests are required to sign a liability waiver prior to occupying their unit. We truly appreciate your patience and support as we work diligently to restore Fifty Gulfside.

Beach is very nice and lots of family’s with children……. We cleaned comforters and pillows because of stains and smells…… suppose to receive a package but condo office would not sign for it……could use clean bed skirts too. And some clothes left in drawers from last teniants Also condo office did not notify us when repair man showed up for something we didn’t not know about🧐

A very homey codno on a quiet beach with an amazing view

This was a wonderful stay in a very homey corner condo with an amazing view of the intercostal waterway and the beach. Not much hustle and bustle in Indian rocks beach but you will find some restaurants and stores nearby so if your looking to be out of the wild spring break life and make it more about family then this is your spot! Its dead center and equal distance from st Pete beach and clearwater which are both vastly different but beautiful so your 40 mins from both beaches roughly which is fun because if you have a car you can drive to both. So many things to do around the area! Johns pass is a must visit pier with lots of shops and restaurants and thats only the tip of the iceberg. If you do any dolphin cruises or go out in kayaks in hopes to see them , do it in the evening. We rented a boat and were able to see them that way. Definitely do your research on things to do in and around the area! The only downfall was it was kind of hard to stay in with my son who army crawls everywhere bc of the hard floors and decor. With it being a corner unit , you go through a door and then another door to get to your unit. A couple times we had to move a ladder out of our way used by maintenance people and it was hard to get a stroller in and out. Very bizarre entrance in the stairwell of the building . Other than that my husband , kids, and mother fit very comfortably! I would stay again just not with a baby. I would wait until my son is older or get a beach front unit on the first floor you can walk out to the pool with. Definitely recommend it for adults, and older kids . The building was super old but the condo was really nice .

We had a wonderful time at 50 Gulfside. Great location. Very clean. Balcony view awesome. A great condo. Two things that could be better: no hot water in the master shower, showered in the main bath. Master bed mattress extremely uncomfortable and hard to sleep. Napped on the beach helped. Overall excellent stay. Thank you.
