Excellent Property for our first time in SPI!

This was an amazing place to stay. It had more than enough room for my entire family, including two older teens. The apartment was very clean, well stocked and in the perfect location. The view was awesome and the AC worked like a charm. (It was HOT!!) The only thing that I would say is that the beds were soft, but that is me being picky and liking a firm mattress. We were very impressed and happy with our stay. Thank you!

It was perfect

Beautiful view of pool and ocean. Everything was very clean. Lot of pool towels and was equipped with everything you need to spend the day at the beach. Very comfortable large beds made it feel like home. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Just a great place for the whole family. The owner and housekeeper were very helpful and responded in a timely matter. Defiantly would stay there again.

Perfect!

Perfect condo and location. View is dead center with the beautiful pool. Fully stocked with enough soap, garbage bags, paper towels, tp, etc. to last a family of five more than three nights! Super comfy beds! They also provide beach towels and beach toys/supplies. Owner and guest contact very helpful and quick to reply. We want to stay in this unit every time we come back! Thank you!

Bliss on SPI!

From the moment we walked into the condo we were so happy with our choice. The immediate view of the pool and the ocean were fantastic and the condo smelled amazing! Everything was very clean and comfortable. Magda our property management contact was very helpful and responded quickly. The owner of this unit also checked in with us which I thought was fantastic. My family and I are already discussing staying in this same unit for our annual trip again! Overall it was perfect for our family of five!

The property was perfect. We had the best view of the magnificent pool lined with palm trees. The pool lights up beautifully at night. The condo had everything we needed for a great vacay for our family of 6; from grandparents to teenagers! The kitchen had granite counters, like new appliances and was very well stocked. Loved it! Beds were extremely comfortable and the owners had every amenity available for us including a fully stocked kitchen, even though we didn't really use it, and fans in every room which is a must for me. Would definitely book again.

Very Nice Condo

View of pool and ocean is perfect. All beds and rooms are very comfortable. Showers were awesome with great water pressure and hot water for all. Living area setup so you can watch TV and glance out at the ocean as well. Loved the kitchen size, utensils, cooking supplies, and appliances are all well kept and plenty of space in the big fridge. Electric grill worked perfect for our burgers and chicken. Just a few steps to the pool, beach and Margaritaville. So nice having a Parking garage as well. The plumbing whistles occasionally but got used to the sound.

Awesome rental

This rental was ideal. It was clean. The unit had plenty of space and storage. Things like hand soap were supplied (some rentals skip these and send you to the store instead). Unexpected things were available (like beach towels). It was obvious this management company is putting forth a lot of effort. The overall property is pretty stellar. One caution vs what’s in the listing: the amenities on The Pearl side were not available. (It seems that property is being renovated.) This looks like a temporary situation but it would have been nice to have some communication about that.
