Other Things to Note:
To ensure your comfort, we’ve incorporated advanced sound-dampening materials throughout the building. However, due to our prime location, some noise from neighboring businesses, the energetic street atmosphere, and adjacent units may occasionally be heard, particularly in the evenings. For guests sensitive to sound, we provide complimentary earplugs and white noise machines to enhance your stay.

If you prefer a quieter experience, we also offer another penthouse unit at the back of the building. This unit features the same exceptional quality and amenities but does not include balconies, offering a more serene environment away from the lively street noise.

Parking is conveniently available on a first-come, first-served basis along Craftsman Court and nearby streets. For added convenience, a complimentary 5-level parking garage is located just one block east, offering plenty of space to accommodate your vehicle.

Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.
