Located in the Regal Oak resort just behind Old Town and “Fun Spot” USA off Hwy 192 and I-4, this vacation house is a perfect place to relax and unwind. Our rental home is less than a minute walking distance from the pool.

All the amenities were built in 2015 which includes the beautiful pool, water slides, hot tub, tennis court, fitness center, restaurant, business center, convenient store, etc...Daily children activities are also available for free.

Spotlessly clean and great location

House was perfect for us, clean, good size, great location for Disney and the pool resort pool area was lovely. Lots of communication from the host prior to arrival with loads of helpful information. House is a little dated but I think that's true of lots of rental properties in Orlando. We would definitely stay again.

Would I stay here again, yes; so would I recommend to others, yes. Contact with Mary is immediate, accurate and reassuring when you’re booking remotely following online reviews. The house is perfectly located for Disney avoiding highway traffic, 10 mins to parks with confidence. Publix supermarket in locality, restaurants and takeaway vendors close by. House certainly was value for money, spacious and a short stroll to clubhouse with lovely warm pool (inc slides). 10 mins by foot to old town or Denny’s etc. If anything to comment on critically would be to have a basic upgrade of wall decor, bathroom furniture, matching set of kitchen cutlery and a clothes dryer (for towels/swim clothes etc), but on the whole this is a perfect base for Disney. We literally treated the house as an evening base following long parks days. So to confirm: Beds are comfy, relaxing lounge seats, effective air-con and Regal Oaks felt secure/safe. The pictures & text advertise house honestly and it is priced accordingly. Thank you Mary....

Perfect Family Home

This is a perfect family home for Orlando. The location is very central to all that Orlando has to offer. Wonderful house and fantastic, quick communications from Mary. Highly Recommended.

Fabulous stay!

Had a great time in Florida at this property. Bedrooms spacious, kitchen well equipped, location is great (Disney literally 10 min drive away). Mary is an excellent host: quick responses to queries and when we had a slight issue with the AC, she had engineers fix the problem the next day. Bed in the master bedroom is massive and very comfy! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thanks, Mary!

Nice property, perfect location, good communal pool and facilities, 5 star customer service.

We have stayed on this resort before but not in this property. It's a 10 minute drive to Disney lots of restaurants nearby and good restaurant and pool on site. What stood out for me was the service the owner ( Mary ) gave. Emails answered straight away in working hours and very quickly evenings and weekends. We had welcome emails with full instructions , updates on development security gate access code changes, emails asking if all was going well and if we needed anything. This was a nice change from chasing management companies. The Development is not brand new and the property does have some signs of use but this is to be expected ( don't get me wrong there is no damage and it is not an old property )and far better than some properties I have rented that cost more. I have stayed on 6 or 7 developments in Kissimmee and this is by far my favourite. I would recommend this property and I will certainly be looking to book again in the future.

Spring Break Vaca

This condo was a great place to stay for a Spring Break vacation for my family of 7. My parents were able to have their privacy with the bedroom downstairs while the rest of us were upstairs. The pool was amazing! It was also super close to all the attractions we were going to. The condo itself was clean and the host was very kind and organized! I would highly recommend.

Perfect

There are so many wonderful things to say that I do not know where to start. Mary, our hostess, was amazing! She supplied detailed information and was always available for any questions. The condo was perfect for all of our needs. We were totally happy with our stay. The icing on top was the pool, slides, and vicinity to Fun Spot and Old Town. My grandchildren were in heaven. It was a short walk to Fun Spot and they walked there at least 2 times a day. We could not have had a more perfect location and condo. Thank you.

great stay

We enjoyed the entire experience except the deceptive advertising at the restaurant on the pizza specialday, Thursday, with added fees that the clueless server couldn't explain. Just won't order there again on our next visit.Everything else was perfect!

Excellent Stay for Disney!

We had a great stay at this Vrbo, Mary and her husband were so incredibly helpful and tentative while we were there, it is so close to Disney and Old Town, the condo also had wonderful amenities, pool, a restaurant and bar, a gym, it was amazing.

Great place for a family vacation

This property was great for a family vacation. We stayed here with my parents and our toddler. Location is perfect- only 13 mins away from Disney world. Mary was a great host - she provided a lot of info in advance, including places to eat, things to do, etc. The place itself is a great layout, with one king bed w/ ensuite on the main floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs. The extras - high chair, stroller, pack n play worked out well and saved us from lugging out through the airport. Pool was nice and warm and was great to use in between our days at Disney. There is a great walking area (Old Town) near by that has a closed off main street with shops and carnival style rides. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Condo Right Near Disney!

Super clean condo with tons of space. My friend and I met in Orlando to bring our children to Disney for the week. The condo had everything you would need. The bedrooms are spacious and there is plenty of room for a few families. The pool was very nice and great for small children. The drive to Disney was fast. We even came back to the condo mid day to let the kids rest. We would definitely stay here again!

I can write several paragraphs but instead I'll say EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! I had a some concerns so I contacted the host and she came the very next morning and addressed all my issues. Even on NEW YEAR DAY!!!!! Will recommend and will rent again. It's also close to Old Town if you just and to hang out with kiddo's and have grown up time also..

We’ve stayed at Regal Oaks with multiple different hosts over the last several years. Mary Li was a fantastic host and the townhome was in great condition. The beds were very comfortable and the living space worked well for our family. Mary was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We were very happy with our stay!
