Located in desirable Vilano beach, you will truly experience the best of both worlds with an expansive and uncrowded beach just steps from the front door and all of the history, nightlife, and activities of downtown St. Augustine just 6 miles away.

Working vacation? Why not work it poolside – our high-speed mesh WIFI system will keep your Zoom meetings hiccup free, even with the kids streaming movies in the house. Sorry, NO pets allowed.

With 3,600 sq ft of fun and relaxation, we hope you will have an experience that you will talk about all year, counting the days until you can return. The vacation may be short, but the memories will last a lifetime.

First Floor:
Let the fun begin in the large game room with 75” HDTV, Nintendo Switch, Foosball table and kids play table. Cut loose with color changing lights that dance to the music from the Denon sound system while you grab a drink from the full-size fridge. Plenty of board games and toys for kids of all ages for rainy day fun.

Ready for a day at the beach? The attached half-garage has everything you need. Chairs, umbrella, and a wagon to get everything back and forth. There are also several restaurants within a mile.

Plenty of off-street parking available in the circular driveway. Garage is locked off for owner use only.

Bunk room with two bunk beds (twin on top, double bed on bottom); A Bedroom with two double beds; Full bathroom; Laundry room (commercial grade washer and dryer).

Second Floor:
Let your stress fall away as you enter the master bedroom with lots of natural light and partial ocean views. Suite bathroom with spacious walk-in shower to get your day started right. Relax with your coffee out on the front balcony while you watch the trawlers on the ocean and smell the salt breeze. After a hard day of playing on the beach, turn on the white noise machine and let sleep wash over you on the premium memory foam mattress with luxury topper. Travelling with an infant? Plenty of room to set up a pack-n-play so mom and dad can keep close watch.

Wake up like royalty to stunning views of Castle Ott in the second king bedroom. Prop yourself up on the pillow shams and take in the morning news on TV. Enjoy the peaceful views of the nature preserve from the window out of the queen bedroom. Plenty of closet storage space for everything you brought and 42” HDTV to fall asleep to the latest Netflix show.

Enjoy stunning views from the wrap around balcony with ocean views to the left and sunset views to the right. Kick-back on the Adirondack chairs at cocktail hour and watch the pelicans fly by in perfect formation. Indulge your inner chef with the well-appointed kitchen. Stainless appliances and all the implements you need to make sure everyone is well fed. Hardcore carnivore? No problem, head out to the pool deck to flip burgers on the Weber propane grill. Pool heating is $40 a day, please request at time of booking.

This Is A Luxury Vacation Rental: Damage waiver is required with all bookings $70. Extra Cleaning fees apply for stains or excess cleanup (Minimum $300).

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
