Excellent Location
Unit has 1 queen, a small sofa, it’s not a sleeper. Difficult to move around if bed is down.Mattress is hard. Pillows are not hotel quality. Microwave not accessible unless you are tall. A/C unit and ceiling fan are loud. Blinds do not block bright exterior lights. Listing does not mention this is a second floor apartment without an elevator. Checkin instructions do not describe location of parking lot which is at a different address. Emailed instructions also do not include the REQUIREMENT to display a parking pass in the vehicle while in the assigned spot. The instructions mention a parking pass and a spot. I texted but did not receive a response so I then called (this was a long complicated process) so I could locate the correct parking lot. The lot was on a different street…these instructions were inside the apartment (although they direct you to go the wrong way on a one way street) The parking pass was not in the apartment and I did not give it another thought because I did not see any signage and the woman on the phone kept repeating park in spot 22. My rental was towed from the assigned spot, when I contacted the office I did not experience good customer service. I was told I would receive a call back but didn’t so I called again the next day. Was told they needed to speak to owners and I would get a call back which never happened. Instead I found an email stating there was nothing they could do and that I would be charged for a parking pass I never received.
