Sure hope owner doesn't sell property. Id like to save this property for future weekend trips. Great location, close to groceries, venues, etc. left toiletries and clean towels for guests.

Very nice home

We were extremely happy with this rental home. It’s very spacious and well appointed with furniture and daily use items. The location is great, it’s centrally located on Beach Blvd allowing easy access the all the amenities the Gulf Coast has to offer. I would definitely reserve this house again.

Lovely get away

Stayed in this home 4 nights and 5 days. Upon arrival the communication with the property manager was stellar. Home was extremely clean and well maintained. Beds were extremely comfortable and we were in walking distance to the beach and a restaurant. I would stay here again for sure.

Nice place to stay for a short trip near the water

The property is clean and easy to live in. It was for sale while we were there so, I think you should bear that in mind when renting. The kitchen elements really were basics. It was fine for quick and easy breakfasts before we went about our day, but I wouldn't want to try to make a big meal with it. The bathrooms are amazing. The beds were reasonable. We were glad to find a place where we could vacation with our pups in Gulfport. We would stay here again for a weekend trip.

2nd time staying!

We brought two friends (another couple) this time. They loved it as well. We ordered in pizza 🍕 the first night. Then the second night we walked right there from the back yard to Felix’s bar n grill with a live band 😊 so were able to enjoy drinking since we didn’t have to drive. Sunday we rented a pontoon boat where our friend was THE CAPTAIN! It really was nice!

Light & Airy Home Away from Home

Just beautiful!! I say light and airy because the open space and light color just made it feel like that. If that makes sense. It was so comfortable. We could see the beach from the back and was a nice clean place and neighborhood. We definitely will be booking again! Very pleased!

Wonderful Spacious House in Gulfport

When our family walked into this home it was a welcoming sight. The openness of the home made us feel comfortable yet not far away from each other. The property was close enough to everything such as the beach, the restaurants, aquarium, escape rooms, etc. We knew exactly where to come “home” to when we saw Felix’s at the end of the main street leading to Markham Drive. We would recommend this home to any family looking for a home away from home.

Absolutely perfect stay in a beautiful, comfortable home.

The house was perfect for our sisters weekend. Easily slept 4 sleeping singly on very comfortable beds. Beautiful home with gorgeous kitchen and baths. Extremely clean, organized and well maintained. TV in every bedroom and many channels / Roku. Excellent location for to the beach and restaurants in a nice neighborhood. Absolutely perfect. Will definitely stay again.

Very spacious

Very open floor plan and plenty of room for the family to stay including your fur babies. We enjoyed the location even though you have to drive to most of it, it was a very quiet area within walking distance to the beach and Felix restaurant which was also delicious! The property manager was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly because our first morning the coffee pot didn’t work and he had a brand new one dropped off on the front porch within a few hours.

Ideal Property

This property is amazing!! It's exactly like the photos but better. It's clean and the extra touches are awesome like the coffee and laundry pods. There were lots of extra towels. This property is steps from the beach and is located just behind Felix's Oyster House. The fact that we could bring our fur baby was a plus. I highly recommend and we will definitely go back.

Lacked supplies

The house was big and nice for our family. BUT I was not prepared for the lack of items that have been in other rentals. There were partial rolls of toilet paper. No shampoo, bath soap. No bakeware, no scouring pad, no cleaner for stove top, no games. The sheets were old and knobby and pillows were old and ripped. Bring your own stuff if you rent this house.

Beautiful Spacious Home

The house is beautiful and exceeded all expectations! It was very clean and located close to the beach and other amenities. We had a wonderful experience and had no problems at all. We were able to bring the fur baby for a small fee compared to what others charge. We parked 3 cars and still had lots of extra room in the driveway. You could probably park 5 cars if needed. There were tons of bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels and also beach towels! There is a lot of open space so we weren’t on top of each other with our party of 6. We would definitely stay in this home again!

Wonderful!

This is a spacious and beautiful house! Pictures don’t do it justice! The location couldn’t be more perfect! 1/2 block to the beach at the end of the street! Great paved path along the beach for walking or biking. Felix’s restaurant at the bottom of the street is delicious and so convenient to walk to. The property manager was wonderful to work with! Communication was prompt and very helpful. Would definitely use this property again!

MS beach stay

Property was nice and close to the beach. A little loud on Friday night with school kids and Felixes so close. What was disappointing after reading previous reviews was that house would be stocked with laundry soap,dryer sheets, coffee pods etc… only 2 laundry pods for a 5 night stay, 1 dryer sheet left in box, one small roll of paper towels and no coffee pods at all. Maybe they just did not restock at all after cleaning but I did have to go out and purchase these items separately on top of my stay. If I had know that would be the case I would have brought all that with me. Also the text I received that property was ready with door code being my whole phone number from property manager did not work, so I went from original email that stated only last 4 of number for reservation. I feel like property manager should have known that information and not sent a text with info that was incorrect. Otherwise a very nice property.
