The suite was a perfect fit for my two week stay. The ad was true to experience. Communication with host was fantastic. Clean, quiet, private, safe neighborhood, close to major roads and shopping. Would 100% recommend.

New Basement Suite in Brighton Area
Place was very new. The king sized bed was comfortable and the complimentary coffee and water appreciated. There was no hot tub found, no salt and pepper, tea towels or dish clothes. The owner seemed very nice and overall was quiet and comfortable.

The suite was immaculate. However the kitchen basics like salt pepper oil were nowhere to be seen and we had to scramble. Very comfy king size bed.
Very nice basement unit, clean, functional. Situated in an active construction site (building, fencing, paving, roofing etc etc) requiring extra care navigating. But close to amenities and Hwy 5.
Other provinces would do well to come and see how Saskatoon is handling housing.
Will return.
Owner and family are friendly but quiet. Separate entrance and dedicated parking spot are very welcome. All amenities are close by and convenient. Owner also very understanding and communicative if you need anything. Excellent stay, once area fully developed and 10/10 without a doubt.
