Se sei all'aria aperta e in uno splendido scenario naturale, allora il deserto è per te. Con vista sulle montagne sullo sfondo, sarai seduto nel patio rilassandoti e affacciato su un campo da golf verde lussureggiante, con fontane d'acqua nel lago del corso. Se anche tu ti stai mantenendo in forma, il Desert Princess Country Club and Resort è il posto che fa per te. Oltre al golf, è anche possibile andare in bicicletta all'interno del complesso custodito resort. Ci sono anche campi da tennis di Classe A, un campo da pickle-ball, campi da squash, molte piscine da nuoto e da nuoto, nonché un vasto centro fitness e pesi di prima qualità. Worked for us

This unit worked really well for us as we have a relative that lives in the complex. We also like how close it is to the hiking we enjoyed in the Morongo Preserve and the Indian Canyons

Great Long Weekend

This was the perfect place for us. Our favorite spot was the back patio enjoying the weather and watching the golfers. We had some very high winds which drove us inside, but the sofas were comfy as well. The kitchen had everything we needed and both bedrooms and both baths were spacious. The Desert Princess property is beautiful and the location is about 15-20 minutes to downtown Palm Springs. We were able to easily and quickly get anywhere we wanted to go. Bill was quick to respond and was great to work with. If you are looking for a designer decorated property with high end appliances, you will be disappointed. But if you want a comfortable stay with everything you need in a great location, look no further.

Comfortable and convenient

The condo is comfortable with everything you need. Bill is a gracious host and quick to respond to questions/concerns. 34 pools allow you to choose your view and privacy. Close to Palm Springs for great hiking, dining and entertainment.

Quick 4 day weekend escape

Wanted a quick getaway for a long holiday weekend where we could enjoy the desert and the pools, and this place fit our needs. We were there during a period of extremely high winds and as such a lot of fine desert dust found its way in (unavoidable) and a lot of the pools were quite dirty, but I don’t hold any of that against the property owner. Would rent here again.

Top Notch and Hassle-Free Accommodation

Our 4 night stay had so much going for it: a clean, nicely laid out spacious unit, and in a great location convenient to lots of activities in the Palm Springs/Palm Desert/Cathedral City area. We especially appreciated the fact that the bed and pillows were just right to give us a great night’s sleep after our 9 hour drive. The proximity of one of the many pools and hot tubs was a real plus, located just a brief walk out from the back patio. We would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for care free comfort on a beautiful golf course.

Great little gem and close to everything

We loved our stay, and can't say enough nice things about both Bill (the owner) and the property. This property is a great value across the board, from cost to central location, to ease and convenience. The condo was very clean, comfortable, homey and one of those places that is instantly familiar when you walk in, like a good friend's house or the home you grew up in. We walked in, unpacked, felt like we were home and never felt like we couldn't touch anything. This is not a fancy showcase home, it's a real home for real people looking for low stress and an easy getaway The patio is right on the golf course, and there was something really easy and comfortable about being on the greenbelt. Our dog loved laying in the grass right off the patio and it makes the unit feel much bigger than it already is. The Desert Princess is an exceptional residential resort community, and there are more than 30 small semi-private pools throughout the complex that serve each of the clusters of homes. "Our" pool was about 50 feet away and we had it to ourselves for most of the trip, but also met some great residents one afternoon who wound up taking us for a tour in their golf cart and out for drinks. Finally, I want to recognize the owner, Bill. He was very responsive, super easy to work with and made sure that we were well taken care of. We had a lot of great conversations and I wouldn't hesitate to rent from him on any of his properties.

The property is fantastic, right on the 5th hole of the lagos course at the Desert Princess Resort. Beautiful view of the mountains. The beds were very comfortable and the place is stocked with everything you need. The owner Bill was super accommodating and got back to me quickly anytime I had a question. 3 great 9 hole golf courses on property, the clubhouse was nice to grab a bite and a drink after our round. The pool and hot tub are right next to you and we had them to ourselves the entire week. Lots of movies and books to choose from, cornhole and bocce ball. Many other golf courses nearby, casinos close by too. We had a fantastic time at Bill's condo.

Private and quiet

Bill was easy to communicate with, .checking in and checking out was simple too. We felt like we had a private pool and Jacuzzi as no one else was there. We liked the lay out of two master suites on opposite wings of the house. We would go back as it was quiet and peaceful.

Great place!

Check-in was super easy, the property was very clean and spacious. I loved the outdoor area that overlooks the golf course and a mountain in the background. Highly recommend!

Loved staying in a country club!

Loved walking out of the condo every morning and feeling the grass under my toes in the sun. The pool is 50 feet away. The tennis facility and the morning clinics were great. It was also fun to eat at the clubhouse!

Great spot in the desert

Bill was a responsive and accommodating host. The weather was not so great, but the property made up for it. Clean, comfortable and well apportioned. Would stay again.

Very Outdated and in need of a good cleaning

We were very disappointed, the condo was very outdated, many cobwebs, and needed a good cleaning. I wonder if there is a towel shortage in Cathedral City,? We had only one bath towel for each bathroom and one kitchen towel. The kitchen range and microwave are in need of an upgrade, the dials are so worn you cannot read them. On the other hand, the outside is beautiful and the the golf course is great.

Great Location

This property is within the Desert Princess development. The development is quite beautiful with lots of interesting landscaping and golf course views. A very responsive owner was easy to work with.

The place was neat and comfortable, and furnished with all the amenities one would need. Out the back, is what we considered to be the best bocce court you could ask for. 😊 We had a couple of minor problems, but Bill had them fixed quickly. Overall, the place was great and we would definitely rent it again. 👍

Fire the Cleaning Crew!

Nice condo and great location near downtown and access to freeways. The cleaning crew did the kitchen and bathrooms only. Maybe a vacuuming. No paper products...tissues, napkins, paper towels extra TP etc. The dust and dirt on night stands and tables was pretty disgusting. Check out the stereo and surrounding bookshelves, they were really dirty. Despite all this we see how you can love your vacation home. Thank you for letting us enjoy it too. Just can't imagine where the $135 cleaning fee was spent. Nancy Jamison

I purchased my first condo in Desert Princess in 2013. I really love the desert overall, but the DP resort is an absolute gem. I love the community and all the people associated with it. It has been a wonderful experience to be able to share my properties with others, and I always get a nice compliment on how beautiful it is, and how much of a relaxed atmosphere the resort provides for all of my guests. I have met many wonderful people, and that has been a great joy over the years. I look forward to more acquaintances to come, and I hope you can be one of them.
