Great location

Nice place to spend a few weeks. More space than we expected. Owners very attentive to questions. Location is excellent with walking and hiking places very near along with shopping and restaurants.

Lovely condo in a great location

The condo was exceptionally clean and in a location that was perfect for the cycling get away that I had planned. Access to The Loop was extremely convenient which made getting to popular routes like Gates Pass, Mt. Lemmon, and Saguaro National Park a breeze. The owners were easy to work with and very communicative; they even provided chips, salsa, and cold beer as a welcome! I would definitely stay here again.

Great location close to the Loop paved trail

Loved the location. Very short distance to the Loop paved trail so you can easily walk or ride your bike to the trail without being on any streets to get there. Within half an hour to Sabina Canyon and Saguaro National Park. Valerie, the property manager, was easy to reach and very helpful. The condo complex is very well maintained and has nice landscaping. The area is very safe.

Winter Getaway

The Condo was all we needed for our stay, the couple upstairs was a little noisy but nothing could have been done for that. (Young). The pool area is very close and a great getaway for us! Valerie and John were very attentive and helpful!! Thank you Joyce and Loren

Comfortable and Roomy Tucson Condo

The condo was in a central location for hiking. Everything was clean and organized. The condo had everything we needed right down to oil to sauté our dinner. Comfy living room with ample tv options. Washer dryer was convenient. The gym was brand.new and they pool wonderful. The owner was great addressing things as they came up.

Rillito Park, Raceway, Bike Trail & more ...

We enjoyed our month-long stay at Val's condo very much - especially enjoying the heated pool & hot spa, the Sunday Farmer's Market nearby, the Rillito River Bike/Hike Trail, making friends for sunning & biking together & lots of nearby good restaurants. Val & John gave us missing bedside lamps, better microwave oven & add'l hangers. The North-facing first floor condo was always cool but the furnace heated the place quickly in the morning. The complex itself was like many large condo building - 175 units, decent landscaping, well maintained and reasonably attractive. It did feel a bit sterile compared to other more lush places we've stayed in Tucson. Also River Road is a race-track much of the day but so are many other roads around town. The condos are set back from the road so noise was not a real problem. The pool key/fob for us & many other visitors worked intermittently but maybe the Mgmt Co will have this sorted out one off these days. There were workarounds. Would we return? Not for certain but this condo is typical of most Vrbo, etc rentals it seems - stayed in better, stayed in worse.

Third stay in Tucson

The unit was clean. Well equipped and centrally located. Hiking at all locations was within 1/2 hour drive. While we always bring everything we will need for our stays, we actually needed very little of our stuff. The furniture was very comfortable for us. We'd feel comfortable stating at this condo again.

Month in Tucson

Very nice property and excellent location. Very quiet. Pool and workout facility were closed due to COVID, so I cannot comment. I would suggest that the tub have nonskid application applied and safety grab bars be installed in the tub/shower for better safety.

Place needs improvement

Overall we have been disappointed. The place is very dated, and seems to have ventilation issues. Besides the musty smell, the carpet in the bedroom was disgusting and the bathroom as well as the kitchen need to be renovated. The pool was closed for repairs, which was very unfortunate as that was part of the reason we booked this place. But nobody told us. Overall we did not enjoy our stay and left 3 days early.

Awesome place to stay!

Great location and wonderful hosts. We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Perfect location right on the loop and walking distance to shops and groceries. Very clean and tidy with everything you need to have a wonderful stay.

River Road Condo

A very pleasant condo in the Catalina Foothills. Perfect for two people. Nicely decorated with interesting artwork throughout. Close to shopping, restaurants and hiking possibilities. The owner is very accommodating. There was a problem with the shower at one point and it was taken care of immediately. The only drawback was limited outdoor space. Due to COVID restrictions the pool are was closed and there is only a small patio area by the condo which is dark and shady given the ground floor location. This was a minor drawback and mostly due to the current situation.

Great digs, owners and location!

John and Val were wonderful hosts! The unit was in a safe, quiet location and very well equipped with all the necessities and we were greeted with a wonderful welcome basket too! The location was on the bike loop path and next to the Rilito Park farmers market, convenient to shopping, restaurants and Culver’s about 1/4 mile away! Also easy access to hop on the road to either East or West Tucson for hiking or biking trails! Loved it!

Perfection!

Have visited Tucson many times over the years & stayed in a variety of properties. This was without doubt the best. Great condo in a great neighborhood. Charmingly & comfortably furnished. Thoughtfully stocked with all the necessities. Beautiful, easily accessible walking/biking trail minutes away. Perfect location for reaching all the sites, theaters & restaurants that make Tucson special. Particularly enjoyed the spa after a day of sightseeing. Perfection!

Great home base when visiting Tucson

We spent six nights in this very comfortable condo. The photos on the website are an accurate depiction of the condo. Everything was clean and in good working order. We booked this condo at the very last minute and the owners were terrific to work with. It is close to excellent shopping and restaurants. We spent quite a bit of time in Sabino Canyon, and this condo was a mere 15 minute drive away. We'd definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives and hope to return again. There is a nice swimming pool, but the weather was a bit too cool to swim. We especially enjoyed having laundry facilities right in the condo.
