Wonderful 2BR/2BA 4th floor unit with views of beach and pool in quiet condo complex. Recently renovated. Amazing white sand beach right out front. Laroc beach bar next door has pub fare, daily specials and lots of tropical drinks. Grocery and liquor store and great selection of restaurants and bars within 2.5 km. Port Lucaya Marketplace is 2 km away with many local vendors and restaurants. Many other lovely beaches within a short drive. Unit has a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and water filter, a comfortable living area with Roku TV, and dining area overlooking pool and Caribbean. Principal has comfortable King and ensuite while second BR has 2 twins that can convert to a king depending on guest needs. Unit has 3 AC units: one in each bedroom and one in main living area.

The property was in a great location and fit our needs perfectly. You could walk right out to the beach. It is close to a lot of activities, If you want to do more activities like diving or seeing other things on the island I recommend renting a car.
Nicely appointed apartment with lots of perks: all hardwood floors, comfy beds, clean and newly renovated baths and all rooms, well equipped kitchen, beach towels, pool noodles and floaties (we spent every day having lots of fun in the pool), super responsive host and so much more. We had a marvelous time exploring the island and relaxing in this apartment. We felt at home! Having a car in Grand Bahamas is good to explore places like seaman’s reef and Lucayan national park. Sean referred us to Bullseye rental and they had great rental prices. Latin bar next door has music on Fridays. People are all very friendly and helpful on the island and in this apartment building. I highly recommend this place.
We had a relaxing week’s stay at this wonderful condo. It’s beautifully decorated and updated and clean. The large windows gave us an amazing view of the ocean and lush garden that surround the building. The building has an elevator for convenience that walks out to a swimming pool and steps away from a beautiful sandy beach.The Port Lucayan Marketplace is about a 20 min walk and theres a nice patio restaurant next door to the building.
Sean is a very hospitable host and the condo is very well equipped. He is attentive and is easy to communicate with. If you’re looking for a quiet & relaxing beach holiday, this is the perfect place😊

The property is located on a peaceful, white sand, coral beach. We admired turquoise blue waters from the master bedroom and the dining room, as well as the pool area. There was ample of beach furniture - loungers and umbrellas by the pool located directly in front of the white sand beach. The building is well maintained and has free parking and an elevator. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. He provided all necessities for our arrival and anything we needed for our one week stay. The apartment is on the 4th floor. It's well appointed, tastefully decorated and clean. The views from the apartment were amazing. The AC and all appliances worked great. There was a restaurant/bar - Laroc next door for added convenience. However, there's not much else walking distance so car is definitely recommended. Sadly the island itself seems a bit weary, old buildings abandoned or neglected, some areas still dilapidated after the 2019 hurricane. Many hotels and attractions were closed. It's a terrible pity, because the beaches are magnificent and tourism should be booming considering the proximity to Florida. Nevertheless, we were looking for a relaxing stay on a beautiful beach and we were not disappointed.

We spent 2 months in Grand Bahama in early 2023 and fell in love with it. The condo is centrally located, the locals are friendly and welcoming, and the beaches are wonderful! Vibrant beach bar next door providing fun drinks and common pub fare. Numerous other restaurants withing walking or short drive. Very relaxing spot to spend a vacation.
