It was a windy week!

We had a great stay! The activities were fun and view was beautiful from deck, but really windy to enjoy our deck. The beds were comfortable, but they could use a new couch and coffee table.

Beautiful view with the friendliest staff we ever experienced

Fantastic location, incredible view. Unit was very clean. a minor maintenance issue was dealt with immediately. The staff was wonderfully pleasant and helpful.

Be aware: This is time share property

This building and our condo was dirty, dated, and needing repairs. The kitchen was poorly stocked so we had to request a cutting board, baking sheet, oven dish, and juice squeezer. The day of checking in was difficult. We tried to check in early but were told they couldn’t tell us the unit until 4:00p. Nor could they confirm that we had ocean front unit which we paid premium. We were told “ all our units are ocean view”. We insisted that ocean front was different than ocean view. We met people who said they had 2 wks of time share but told they had to move to another unit after 1wk. This is a time share property and poorly kept and poorly maintained. Very disappointing.

My husband and I had a great time. The staff at the property was so friendly and helpful. We had an awesome ocean view balcony. Location is great. Would stay here again and again.

Vistana ocean side stay

Vacation condo was directly on the beach with large balcony overlooking the ocean, accessible from master bedroom and living room. What a wonderful relaxing time we had hanging out on the beach all day.

Another return to Vistana

First time booked through VRBO instead of Sheraton. It is a timeshare so when you arrive, they tell you what unit you get. This time a great view but some noisy folks above us, first time this has happened and was just bad luck. Kevin the owner of this timeshare is fantastic to deal with. Very quick to respond, very organized. Even the folks at the property couldn't say enough good things about him. I remember the cleaning staff doing a better job in previous years but it was still clean. Will return.

Front door needs to be replaced, sliding door repaired. Trash dumpsters were emptied on the property at 5:00 am two days while we were here.

Loved our stay except for the smell of cigarette smoke in our room.

I loved all the activities available for the children. The concierge was amazing!! The only item that was a problem was the smell of cigarettes in the apartment. I was on the second floor and under us was the smoking area! We let the concierge know and she was so sweet and brought up Lysol, but that didn’t help. She said we could move into a different apartment, but we had already settled in. We bought candles and air fresheners, to no avail. I do believe that the smoking area has to be loved to another location. All in all, the apartment was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Beach toys from guests last were available as were chair and umbrella rentals. We had a blast!! Choose an apartment in the higher floors!

Beautiful view but the NoSeeUm Bugs were terrible

I would have given this property a five stars but the check in was a little shaky and the noseeum bugs were terrible. Everyone at the whole resort and island has been itching like crazy because of these little pests. They are worst than mosquitoes. I wish the condo had more cook wear as it was very minimal.

Great location on the beach!

We’ve stayed at Vistana a couple times and we always enjoy our stay. Helpful staff, activities for kids, well kept rooms with amazing views and a wonderful location. Totally recommend stay here.
