This is one of our best view properties, and it’s just a few steps to the front street of downtown Avalon! This home has been completely renovated and updated. Located right across from Avalon Harbor, this one bedroom home is the upper half of a duplex. It sleeps 4, with a queen bed in the bedroom, as well as 2 sofa sleepers in the living room. The large deck overlooks Avalon Bay and the harbor. The kitchen is well equipped, and the living room offers comfortable seating and a dining table for indoor dining or game nights. There are 36 steps up to this home, and the view is worth every one of them. Great stay in Avalon

This cozy spot has an amazing location. The deck has a great view of the beach and pier. 1 min walk to restaurants and the beach. We’d definitely stay here again.

We had a marvelous stay. This place is absolutely ideal for a couple or two. So close to everything and there is not a better view in Avalon. We will be back

Best Location in Catalina!

A friend told us about this magnificent unit and what an awesome patio and view. It had not to mention the most Premier location to the harbor! Views, views, views

This is a perfect location for any couple that wants to get away, relax on the patio that oversees the entire city, do a little shopping or find a good place to eat. Best of all, everything is in short walking distance including the ferry. The people that run the place are exceptional and are easily accessible. I highly recommend staying here!

Avalon, Great View

Nice condo with a great view of Avalon and the harbor. The bedroom is a tight squeeze, the queen bed fills almost the entire space. The living room is large, the kitchen is a.nice size, and the deck is awesome. Easy check-in and check-out process.

Lovely Postcard views

Beautiful view! My family enjoyed it very much. Adorable art accents to enhance the ocean theme. The patio is relaxing and the kitchen spacious. Great for athletic people who can walk uphill and climb stairs carrying luggage. I wanted my sister to enjoy her 1st visit to Catalina and she definitely did! My daughter loved it as well! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Best view of Avalon

Easily accessible, very close to the ferry and main attractions. The deck and views from the living room were absolutely beautiful. However the yelling and screaming from the public basketball court directly under the property was echoing up to the house. Went on until midnight 1st night and 10:30pm the 2nd night.

Friends weekend get away

Amazing location for a forever view. limited to zero contact to get help with issues - No TV all weekend (*really just wanted a music channel for sound - no connection) Once arrived we found out we were given a "Starter kit" Be sure that you go shopping for toiletries. one would think paying over $1000. a night you would be provided with the essentials. sheets were filthy and one pull-out bed was loaded with crumbs. lots of stairs to get to the front door - but was a good exercise for us ladies!

Comfortable, centrally located, beautiful view

My friend and I had a wonderful weekend in Catalina with this condo as our home base. The space is small but comfortably appointed. The pull-out couch was incredibly comfortable. And the deck overlooking the water and downtown Avalon was icing on the cake. We will definitely return.

Beautiful getaway spot

This property has the most amazing deck on Avalon Bay! Property was as described, view was even better. The only disappointment was there was no coffee, tea or extra toilet paper. For the price, I thought the basics would be stocked so we wouldn’t have to go to the store upon arrival.

Superior location with million dollar view

The best in Catalina! Spotless, well equipped condo with an oversized balcony. We spent My wife’s birthday weekend in Catalina and I’m very glad I picked this place instead of a hotel. Walked to the house straight off the boat, and found the key in a lockbox. The smoothest “check in" ever. We had high expectations for the price, but they were all met and some. The kitchen has everything you might need and what’s even more important for us, everything was clean and we felt right at home. The view of the harbor is breath taking. The promenade with shops and restaurants is literally just a flight of stairs away. Because of the large table on the oversized balcony we changed plans and after family members joined us from the mainland, decided to have the birthday lunch ordered and enjoined on the balcony instead of a restaurant. We had the greatest time. Whether you host a family lunch or just sit with your partner and cups of coffee in the morning or glasses of wine at night, the balcony cannot be beaten in all Catalina. The cute and comfortable condo for two is just icing on the cake. Thank you for the great communication and late checkout. I’m saving up for our next stay here hopefully soon.

Wow the view is amazing, sea view, harbor view, city view, all in one. The location is perfect, close to everything from the ferry, restaurants to shopping. The property is clean, well organized and well stocked. I had easy and quick communication with the property management. Can’t wait to come back here during the summer months!
