We offer a spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath condominium which comfortably sleeps up to 10 people.

Recently updated with new furnishings, the Park City condo is clean, convenient and family friendly including a new large flat screen tv, new leather couch and new wall furnishings. The kitchen includes stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and a well stocked cabinet to handle a crowd. The condo also offers high speed internet both wired and wireless. The open layout creates a comfy environment for socializing and relaxing. Not quite up to par

There was a lack of linens. (Missing pillow cases). There was no bath soap at all and all the hand soaps were nearly gone soft soaps that had had water added to the used dirty bottles. Some of the dishes and coffee maker were blatantly dirty. The townhouse is older but nice. The sofa has a tear and isn’t very comfortable.

Excellent Choice for a Girls Weekend in Park City

The condo was fantastic! Very clean and suited our needs perfectly for a girls weekend of back to school shopping and summertime adventures. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room and bed space. The pool was great and we walked up to the alpine coaster the next morning. The neighborhood around the golf course was a great jogging route: shady, quiet, and beautiful with a view of the mountains. We had a little mix-up getting into the condo but Scott was easily accessible by phone and we got everything taken care of in a cinch. Thumbs up for kindness and helpfulness! Thanks for the great stay! We'll definitely stay here again when we come back!

2nd time staying here, can't beat it for location and value!

This was our return visit, and we were not disappointed. We aren't fancy people and this is not a fancy place. What it is though, is a tremendous value with everything you need for a great ski vacation in park city. This time we decided to ski Deer Valley due to the beginner lift ticket so we rented at Coles which is a 5 min walk away. The shuttle to deer valley is right next to Coles so it's so convenient to take the free bus back, drop off ski rentals and walk back to the condo. Of course, if you choose to ski Park City, it's even more convenient as there is a stop right at park Avenue condos. The host is very gracious and allowed us an hour late check out during peak holiday season. I know this isn't guaranteed but the host's kind attitude was very much appreciated. The condo is spacious and there are plenty of extra blankets to get comfy. The only thing I'd note for folks new to this rental is one of the bedrooms is a little cooler due it's location (and external door). We knew this from staying here previously and just brought sweats to sleep in and used another blanket. It was totally fine. We hope to stay here again, and I hope the owners will keep their rates affordable. I skied Park City all through the 90s and early 2000s and it amazes me how swank the town has gotten and how expensive the sport is now. Hosts like this allow me and my family to enjoy a wonderful ski vacation without breaking the bank. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Perfect Winter Vacation

We were very fortunate to find this gem in Park City for our winter vacation. We lived in this very large and well appointed condo for two full months. Scott and family were incredibly easy to work with and made our stay so nice. The location is fantastic! We are across the street from Fresh Market, Rite Aid and Starbucks (as well as many other useful businesses). We were also maybe a 5 minute walk to the Park City Mountain Resort, which is where we had our season passes to snowboard. Another huge plus is the buses here are free to use, and the bus stop is just out front of the complex (2 min walk max). We often took buses to Main Street for fun nights out, which was maybe a 5 minute ride. Very convenient. The condo itself is very large, very clean with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was fantastic, and had much more then we expected. Most vacation rentals have the bare minimum with dishes, glasses and cookware, but not here. They had enough to create a feast for 15 (which we didn't, but could have!). The downstairs living area with 1/2 bathroom was great and very open. Nice large TV, the sofa couch was quite comfortable, and the dining room was great for playing games. The high ceiling made this floor plan very open, letting in a lot of light from the second story skylights and floor to ceiling windows. Upstairs there are two full master suites that are separated by a sitting room which we used as an office. Both bedrooms have queen beds and are very well sized, you have plenty of room for everything. We preferred the first bedroom off the stairs as it was a bit warmer. Although the back bedroom has it's own heating system. During the summer, the back bedroom with the balcony would be awesome. The pool, hot tub and sauna in the main area of the complex is great! We met a lot of cool travelers there, and it was a huge plus that the pool was heated, we estimated around 80 degrees. We highly recommend this condo, and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Park City!

Perfect for family weekend away

This condo was perfect for our 5 adult 2 children family weekend in Park City. It is close to a grocery store and not a far drive (or even walk) to get to historic main street. The kids loved the pool and hot tubs. Communication with property owner was excellent. They responded very quickly each time I had a question. Would stay here again!

Perfect condominium

We had a wonderful stay in this cute Park City condominium. The location could not have been better. The check-in process was easy, communication with the manager swift, and the condominium was everything it was advertised to be,. The area was safe and close enough to the Main Street shops and restaurants that we could walk there. We would definitely return, and would highly recommend this lovely rental.

Mountain stay

Loved the location. Very spacious and great for a large family of couple of families. Everyone can go to the ski hill on their time schedule! Host was very accommodating and very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. Would highly recommend!

Very short driving distance to park city village / ski lift base. Yes it's a relatively old condo but everything inside is practical and working just fine. Quick response from the owner. Don't have much to complain.
