Apartment was like the photos. Super responsive host, excellent location near subway (~10 min) and street car (~5 min), gorcery store, restaurants around the corner. It was the perfect 5 week stay for my family.
This is a great location to explore Toronto. The neighborhood seemed very safe and was close to many of Toronto's great attractions. There are also a lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance which was a lot of fun. The property itself was spacious and well equipped. There were only two of us so we felt like we had a lot of space, but it would work great for 4 people as well.
A perfect experience in a beautiful place owned by a truly delightful host.

We just rented the 3D Visual unit for a week and were truly delighted with our experience. The unit is even better in person than it seems in the listing, as our Host Molly’s care and attention to every little detail made for a simply perfect guest experience. She was an ideal host, fully and quickly responsive to any and all concerns or needs we had during our stay, going above and beyond the call of duty in every interaction.
I’d unreservedly recommend this unit for any couple or single person wishing to enjoy a pleasant stay in a fully updated, tastefully decorated and well equipped apartment, in a great location that’s just 20 minutes from downtown via streetcar. I’ve rented many vacation rentals over the years, but have never had a host who treated their guests as well as Molly treated us. She was generous with things like supplies, personally warm and incredibly responsive to any and all inquiries or requests made of her during our stay.
We’re quite particular about where we vacation and on all fronts, this place never disappointed and always delighted us at every moment of our stay. We also found our host to be personally delightful, warm, engaging and deeply caring about her guest’s experience being the best it can be.
Not only was Molly a real professional when it came to up-front communications, she made a point of personally stopping by after we’d settled in to meet us. She’d answered our questions, showed us where the Laundry room was and ensured that we were good to go before parting. In that chat, she shared with us how much work she’d done to rehabilitate this 1890’s era Victorian. From what she told me, this entire house was in such a state when she bought it that she basically had to gut the place and start over again, turning it into a truly lovely place to stay.
I’ve done a fair bit of renovation myself over the years in old homes, so I know full well that turning a run down hovel into something this nice takes a lot of time, hard work and expense. All of that hard work and her great attention to every detail shines through in the end result she achieved. We loved the decorative accents, in particular the main room wall as the wallpaper really makes the room feel open and much larger than it is. We also really liked the flooring in the bath, as its the most unique and visually engaging flooring I’ve ever enjoyed.
We stayed at this place for five days while visiting Toronto for a friend’s wedding. There were four adults and a baby in our group, so we needed enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone and a comfortable space to gather this home checked all the boxes. The house itself was beautiful and easy to find, with a great location close to downtown. It's in the heart of Little Italy, so we had lots of amazing Italian restaurants just a short walk away.Overall, we had a great stay. That said, a couple of small things are worth mentioning. The garage that comes with the house is located in the back alley and was pretty tight and tricky to get in and out of. We found it easier to get a street parking permit instead. Also, a few parts of the house could use a bit of maintenance some door hinges were loose, and a couple of towel racks needed tightening but nothing major that affected our stay. The host, Andrea, was fantastic. Communication was quick and easy, and she was always available when we needed anything. We’d definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Toronto.
Convenient little place and a great value conveniently located close to West Queens West. Has just about what you need for a short and easy stay with all the basic amenities. Don’t be expecting the Ritz or to be prepping any gourmet meals. If your expectations in line you will very much enjoy this small little gem. The host was very welcoming and accommodating. This place will be very high on my list for my next trip to Toronto.
