Beautiful new Custom Oceanfront home with XL covered decks, pool and elevator.
OCEAN FRONT 5 Bedroom, 6.5 Baths, sleeps 22. Picture yourself as one of our first guests in this beautiful, new for 2017 ocean front beach home. Endless Summer is a custom built 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath gem that is professionally decorated and furnished for your maximum enjoyment. We've tried hard to think of everything you will need to make your next vacation your best. Endless Summer has an extra-large 14'x26' pool Heating is extra for $100 per day. The pool also has a nearby bathroom. The home has a wood-paneled elevator, very large kitchen, extra large covered and open front decks, state of the art electronics, and best of all...right on the ocean! Endless Summer features hickory flooring on the third floor of this reverse floor plan with beautiful tile on the second floor family room and plush carpet in each of the bedrooms. Enjoy unbelievable ocean views, half covered and half uncovered, from the top deck. From the second deck enjoy covered ocean views and a view of the kids playing in the pool below. The beautiful gourmet kitchen was designed with large gatherings in mind with a center island, custom cabinetry, quartz counter tops, stainless appliances, and all new cookware and equipment. Two dishwashers keep all the dishes clean and a beverage refrigerator and a separate ice machine helps keep all your drinks cool on hot summer days. Unlimited hot water is always available simultaneously for all six showers (5 inside, 2 outside) from two Rinnai tank less, on demand gas hot water heaters. And, there are no keys to share as there is a key less entry that will be changed to accommodate each new guest.

What makes this property unique
Enjoy Spectacular ocean front views off the very large second and third floor decks. The reverse floor plan allows you to spend time on the main third floor while relaxing in our large living room and dining room or while enjoying fantastic views of the Ocean. The entire home is professionally decorated with wonderful comfortable furniture and decorations to get you and your family in a relaxed state of mind. Hickory wood floors on the third floor, beautiful tile on the second floor and lush carpet in all the bedrooms make this house appealing throughout. The elevator stops at all floors and makes it a breeze to bring up groceries, luggage or yourself after a long day at the ocean. The reverse floor plan allows you to spend time on the main third floor while relaxing in our large living room and dining room or while enjoying fantastic views of the Ocean. The entire home is professionally decorated with wonderful comfortable furniture and decorations to get you and your family in a relaxed state of mind. Hickory wood floors on the third floor, beautiful tile on the second floor and lush carpet in all the bedrooms make this house appealing throughout. The upgraded appliances and amenities in our very large kitchen along with the layout makes it easy and enjoyable to feed large groups of hungry people after a day at the beach. The kitchen is equipped with two dishwashers, convection oven, extra large refrigerator, beverage cooler, ice machine and an unbelievable view. Relax on the porch while watching your kids play on the beach or have a pool party and take a swim in our large 14'x26' pool. A bathroom is close to the pool so there is no need to run upstairs. An upgraded stereo system can be played throughout the third floor.
