Checked in at 530pm and the temperature was in the teens. We followed the signs to our room and tried the lock code, it did not work and we had to call the host. Come to find out the signs were wrong. So we were guided to the correct entrance and gained access to our rental. We enter the the property and the interior was chilly, so we turned the heat up. We expected the heater to warm things up, but it never did. The temperature actually went down and by the time we got up the next day the room temperature was down to 61. We decided tobleave and go somewhere warmer, our vehicle, at 7am. The other thing that we noticed was cleanliness of the place. The carpet was dirty and stained. The dust in all the rooms looked like it hadn't been touched in .we do not recommend a stay at this ppace.months

Disliked: Cleanliness
This property failed to live up to its advertising. It was extremely dirty in many places, ie the carpet in the living area, the stairs, the stained chairs and more. There were many missing lights - two of six lights worked in the downstairs bathroom. Three lightbulbs out in the upstairs bathroom. There was no soap in either of the shower dispensers. We had to buy soap to shower. There was no dishwasher detergent. There was peeling paint outside and inside in one bathroom. I could go on, but won’t use this location again. For the money, we should have stayed at a motel!
The condo is very spacious, with plenty of beds. There are some really cool historic features in the building. Great location. And the host, John, was very helpful.
Nice property and a great location to all the shops and restaurants that St. Charles has to offer. The place was clean and nicely updated. Will definitely stay here again!
We (6 of us) has the best time last weekend. Our stay was short, but we had a blast. The rooms were big and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The arcade game was a big hit with the guys. Thank you!
We were well pleased with our stay. The only issue we had was the day before our arrival, it was 80 degrees. Cold front moved in overnight and I don't know if they had forgot to turn on heat or it may not have been working but it was quite cold. Had to use the portable heating units in the bedroom. Other than that is was good!
