The Space:
This stunning 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom house includes high-speed Wi-Fi and is situated within the Reunion Resort condominium. The house includes 5 different bedroom configurations: Two bedrooms with king-sized beds, a bedroom with two twin beds and a bunk bed, and two bedrooms with queen-sized beds with doors that lead out to the balcony area.
*Please be aware that this rental does not provide access to the Reunion Resort Water Park or Golf Course.

As a courtesy, we offer a Welcome Kit, but please note that it is not our responsibility to replace it.

Conveniently located just 13 minutes from Disney, 25 minutes from Universal Studios, 15 minutes away from Walmart, and 22 minutes from Orlando Premium Outlets. Please note that there is an extra fee for the pool heater, so kindly let us know 48 hours prior to your arrival if you would like to add this to your reservation.

BOOKING YOUR STAY:
You must be 21 years of age or older to book with us. When requested, the guest must provide us with an ID. Your ID and payment method must match. Failure to provide ID will result in the booking being canceled.

BEFORE CHECKING IN:
Attention: it is very important that all guests must provide a complete guest list of first and last names by 5pm EST at least 24 hours before their arrival. The resort will not allow access if the names are not registered.

POOL AND SPA HEATER:
Please note: the SPA is not a hot tub. The SPA is connected to the pool using the same system. The pool heater is required to heat both and there is an additional fee. The pool heater can take up to 24 HOURS to fully heat and will be turned on once the payment has processed, so please be sure to request the pool heater at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.
***The pool is heated to 86F For health and safety reasons we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86F. Thank you for your understanding.

Wonderful

Very nice southern colonial style house in a secure planned community setting. With 4 bedrooms upstairs, one main bedroom down stairs you’ll have plenty of room for most families. Lots of seating throughout. The house was clean and well kept. Did have a frozen up ice maker but that was no big deal. Owner notified. The back yard had a nice glass patio table with 6 chairs and a sitting chair and footrest on an upper deck. The pool are had several lounge chairs, a sofa appropriate for wet clothing. There was an outside shower and bathroom. For November the pool was warm-quite swimmable while hot-tub was much warmer than the pool but not hot. The dinning room has a monstrous size dining table and huge kitchen area with modern appliances. The living room was spacious with a large sectional couch and armchair. The living room needs another lamp for viewing the BIG TV. Only real complain other than the frozen ice maker, was no instruction on how to use the cable/satellite TV system. The other issue we had was the temperature could not be controlled for the bedrooms upstairs. Owner was notified. This is a great place to stay just a few miles from all the hot spots in town. We did not check out the other amenities in the planed community but by eye we could see several golf courses, water park and Mini golf. I do not know if these facilities are available to renters. I would definitely recommend this VRBO and enjoyed our time here. Enjoyed the small gift box.

Great getaway

Everything as expected. Very very clean which is a big deal for us with small kids. Spacious, quick walk to the hotel and clubhouse. The owner was very responsive before and throughout the stay, especially since we stayed after the hurricane. Would 100% recommend and stay again.

Beautiful Home, great location!

This house was perfect. Beautiful location and easy to get to the parks. The pool was nice and the house was spacious plenty of space to lounge. If you have a long stay bring/buy toilet paper, dish soap and laundry soap not a lot is provided. AC is killer upstairs. Really great space for a large family. We had to book this last minute as our other VRBO home cancelled on us 24 hours before. We quickly booked this house and got early check in with a fee (a little high price for 3 hours early but we had flown all night so it was worth it) It all worked out and we would 100% stay here again. All communication took place in the VRBO app which was nice.

5 Weeks In Reunion

This was our first trip to Reunion and we had a wonderful time in the community and the house. The house is exactly as the pictures portray. Plenty of space for family/friends and we especially loved the private pool. Great neighborhood to exercise and a very easy trip to Disney if interested. The community pool is also very nice but we didn’t spend much time there w the private pool. We had a few hiccups during our stay but the management company was extremely helpful and resolved most issues very quickly. A few tips… The kitchen is limited with baking supplies. We ended up needing to buying cookie sheets (only one at the house) and disposable baking pans. This would probably not be a huge issue if staying shorter periods but for longer stays, the supplies for baking/oven cooking were scarce. Bring an Apple TV. The cable was out for over a week when we arrived and we had internet issues for a few days but they were able to get the internet back up so we could use our own apps.

Beautiful house!!

Everything was great, the house was exactly same as pictures shown in listing. There was a little left over garbage in master bedroom’s bathroom !! Other than that it was perfect stay!! Thanks.

Beautiful Spacious Rental

We totally enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, spacious home. From the huge kitchen to all the bedrooms this house was decorated so nicely. It was close to all the Disney Parks in a nice gated resort. It had everything you needed to be at home away from home. We would definitely stay here again.

Beyond expectations

This is a beautiful property, our adult family loved their stay here. Enjoyed the walk to the club gym and around Reunion. Communal pool was large and quiet. It would be helpful if there were basic cleaning supplies beyond dish soap and a sponge to clean up after using the kitchen. Had to buy cleaning spray, clothes, bin liners, coffee filters, salt and pepper. It’s not much of an expense to supply these,and would make a difference. I would still highly recommend staying here.
