Townhome ha 2 letti Queen, 1 letto matrimoniale, divano letto matrimoniale e divano letto singolo nel soppalco fuori camera matrimoniale; Nuovi mobili nella zona giorno; Tavolo da pranzo con 6 posti a sedere e bar per la colazione con 4 posti a sedere in più; Balcone al 2 ° piano e 3 ° piano camera matrimoniale; Tutti i nuovi televisori a schermo piatto (5), arredati, apparecchi di qualità superiore, terrazza al piano principale, ventilatori a soffitto in tutto, grill a gas, tavolo da ponte con ombrellone e sedie, teli mare, sdraio da spiaggia, lavatrice e asciugatrice full size, ferro da stiro, asse da stiro, nuovo doppio forno e microonde, cucina completamente attrezzata, moquette e piastrelle ;. Abbiamo appena installato un nuovo sistema ad aria nella camera matrimoniale per il raffreddamento all'ultimo piano; Tutti i nuovissimi mobili nel soggiorno. L'unità è dotata di scivolo, campo da tennis e piscina con docce e bagno. Una delle unità più desiderabili nel complesso a causa della vicinanza alla piscina e all'acqua. TV nella stanza dei bambini con lettore DVD. Basi militari multiple vicine. Anche vicino agli aeroporti PNS (Pensacola) e VPS (Fort Walton Beach). Infine, invio le istruzioni di accesso un giorno o due prima dell'arrivo. Grazie in anticipo per averci considerato per la tua vacanza; ; Parcheggi per 3 veicoli; Siamo situati dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alle spiagge più bianche e alle splendide acque verde smeraldo del Golfo del Messico e al molo di pesca più lungo del Golfo. Wonderful place to stay

Extremely spacious for 6 people. The owner was extremely nice and helpful. We highly recommend staying here and will be coming back.

Ramona was a pleasure to work with! Very responsive, attentive and kind! The condo is a little dated, but is super cute! Very well stocked with everything you need and more! Gave us Golden Girl vibes. 💛

Perfect for us

We had 2 families stay with ample space and privacy. It had everything we needed for a worry-free vacation and helped this “planner mom” to relax! It’s a very quiet location with a great view of the bay and an easy walk to the pool. We would definitely choose this rental again.

Navarre get away.

Host Ramona went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. Our gracious hostess was available and attentive. The house was spacious and has master on third story. The furnishings and decor were older but in good shape and the unit was clean. Walk to beach was easy and the bay was just out of the unit. We caught fish off the property dock. We brought our boat and glad we did. Great stay in Navarre!

Great location and quiet property

This is a great property that was very quiet and lots of room in the townhome. We were a party of 4 but this property could easily accommodate 8. Good access to both the bay and walking distance to the beach. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Don’t miss seeing sweet pea the sea turtle at the conservatory (within walking distance). Will definitely book here again!

Overall, everything was great! Little things like lights not working or wall switches that did not have panels were annoying, but it was good. It’s too bad the bottom room was basically a junk room…such a good space for a rec room.

Great place to rent, lovely host

Miss Ramona was the best. Very communicative. We had towels, condiments, beach toys, and bikes for our personal use. She cleaned the ducts and everything before we came. We we arrived there was an odor left from the previous renter’s pet, which they shouldn’t have had on the property. I contacted Miss Ramona and she had the cleaning lady there within the hour. The carpets and floors were reclined and it smelled fresh. There is a grill and all the appliances you need. She even brought over an instant pot when I said I was going to bring mine. Anything we needed, she provided it immediately. She’s a very kind lady and a gracious host. I left my coat there and she offered to mail it to me. I don’t think most hosts would do that but she did. Thank you Miss Ramona for a wonderful stay.

Navarre beach

Nice place! Quiet neighborhood and great sunsets. The house had everything we needed, we could have use more towels and kitchen towels. Short walk to the beach that gets very crowded early! Nice place!

Awsome very comfortable!

We loved it!!! very clean, people very friendly! Very accessible no matter what your interests are, fishing, swimming, or even partying is all in walking distance! Could not ask for anything better! I have Nothing negative to say!

Memorial Day 2022

The place was clean and very roomy. The showers were hot. It has been years since we have been to the gulf and I did not realize that the main floor was upstairs but we made it work. The place had almost anything you needed. The owner was very nice. The location was perfect for us. We would definitely rent this place again.

Stress-free accommodations

This property has a great location with views of the sound and an easy walk to the gulf. The property was well equipped and furnished and we wanted for nothing. Peaceful, easy, and stress-free making our stay very enjoyable.

Relaxing Vacation

This was our 3rd time staying in Buena Vida condos. This unit is roomy, clean and comfortable. Large enough for big families. Love fishing from the dock, nice pool, easy walk to the gulf. Only downside to this particular unit is the neighbor in unit 11 comes outside every night at 7:30 and angrily tells everyone to be quiet. We are quiet people so her anger wasn't towards us specifically but she still puts a damper on the day for those of us on vacation.

The place was very clean. We loved it.

The house is beautiful. Randy cleans it really good for the next people staying. Ramona is very friendly meet her a couple times she's very helpful. The small beach is only a couple mins away right beside the pool. Would definitely book again.

Great location but………

Great location, and overall a decent property but was very disappointed in a few things. We arrived on Saturday and had a few issues from the start. First thing was the cable in the one bedroom wasn’t working and they did t come out until the following Friday afternoon to fix it, the smoke alarms were beeping to the point where we couldn’t sleep, the owner said she would get it taken care of and when we left, 6 days later, they were still beeping. The biggest issue we had was the fact that we drove 600+ miles to get there and pulled a small enclosed trailer to bring all the stuff everyone wanted/needed with us.(family of 8) and the second day there we are told that we can’t have the trailer there. We are told to move it ASAP, no where in the description or contract did it mention this. I asked several times for them to show me where it is in the contract but they couldn’t. So now we are scrambling to figure something out. We are then allowed to leave our trailer at an abandoned building with no light and about 15 minutes from where we were at. Not a very comfortable thing to do, but we had to. I would stay somewhere else next time.

Perfect for our family

Love the townhouse and all the amenities! It was perfect for our family of 8 . The owner is very responsive. Seems like all the residents that live here year around is a close knit family. They seemed so nice. Makes you feel safe. We love fishing so it’s very convenient with a private pier and the longest pier on the gulf just a minute down the road. We have been coming to Navarre Beach off and on for years. It never disappoints!
