Great family vacation with dogs!

We had a great time at this beautiful beachy getaway. Our dogs LOVED the fenced in backyard! The hosts thought of everything so all we had to do was enjoy.

Clean, Cozy, & Comfy

I stayed at this property for 5 days/4 nights. The living room furniture was well upholstered, the kitchen had every item/gadget I could possibly need, the bed was super comfortable. I stayed here during a January cold snap, and the central heating system worked great. The back yard patio and deck must be wonderful in the summertime...I got to view them in the snow, but they would be an asset in the summertime! Communication with the owner was prompt and friendly. I would stay here again.

Thoughtful amenities and great stay!

Wonderful stay in a quiet neighborhood. The owner provided so many sweet extra amenities (like dog treats, a full keurig assortment, beach chairs, umbrellas, mints... you get the idea) and we were very comfortable. Great backyard for us and our dog. Clean and nice hot tub. Easy access to everything around. Would stay there again!

Perfect spot for family of 4!

Very friendly host, extremely clean property with hot tub that was awesome! Fenced in yard was perfect for our dog, and house layout was spacious for our kids to play. Ping pong table was a plus! Would definitely come back.

Welcoming vacation home

We stayed for several nights at this wonderful home away from home. Everything was very clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, all amenities were as stated or better. We were allowed to have our dog with us, which was a great relief because we did not want to leave her, and she was quite comfortable as well. The host was very communicative, hospitable, and friendly. We would definitely consider staying here again if able. Thank you so much for the great time, it was exactly what our family needed!

Great Place

I could not have asked for a better place for the pup and I to enjoy a long, relaxing weekend away. Mare’s home is incredibly well decorated, super clean and has all that you need with plenty of space! The hot tub was the cherry on top! Could not recommend more.

Great home for a family getaway!

This home is so cozy and welcoming and perfect for a family. The host has thought of everything to make your visit fun- popcorn machine, clean towels, welcome treats, outdoor table set and ready for dinner. The location is ideal and just a couple minutes away from beaches, restaurants and entertainment. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. I definitely recommend!

Wish it was longer

This was a great house to stay at with my two boys, husband and two dogs. The hot tub was an added bonus and we loved the ping pong table in The basement. I schooled my kids several times with y amazing ping pong playing. Great location near everything and perfectly well stocked even had beach chairs toys and a umbrella. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels and just an amazing stay. Can’t wait to plan my next trip.

summer getaway

We had a fabulous stay at this property. we were so very pleased that they allowed pets, as we knew we needed to take our furbaby with us. When we arrived we were struck by how beautiful the decor of the inside of the home was, very beachy. It is clear that the owners care about details. We loved the hottub, it was nice at the end of the day. we were minutes away from beach and all local attractions. it was a great family vacation.

Wonderful Stay

My husband, dogs, and I stayed for a long weekend in Oct 2024 so we could do hiking trips with out a long commute from our home on upper Cape. It was an ideal location to go to Race Point Beach, Nauset Beach, and Chatham. The property was immaculate, pictures shown absolutely represent the charm of the property. Lots of little extras like a bag of dog treats, bottles of water, kcups, etc. They even had towels & blankets for dogs. Bathrobes to use the jacuzzi. We used the jacuzzi out last night looking up at the stars. The neighborhood is quiet and all the neighbors we ran into while walking our dogs were warm and friendly. I would definitely recommend this property. Communications with the property owner were seamless through text, funny, kind, and thoughtful. Thank you Mare for allowing us this special weekend.

Home was immaculate!

Great location. Centralized to all surrounding towns, beaches, lakes and activities that we enjoy. Been coming to Cape Cod every summer for 20 years and this property ranks up there as one of our best home away from home. Having all the amenities available for us and the dogs was a big plus...hot tub, outdoor shower, quiet but very friendly neighborhood, fenced yard and so much more. A big thank you to our courteous and thoughtful hosts for opening up your beautiful home to us and our fur babies. We had a great summer vacation!

Cute, eclectic place, nice spot

Really cute, clean place. Nice private backyard. Quiet area. Host was great at communicating and answering questions quickly. Fencing was low in a couple spots and our young, athletic dog quickly jumped over, so future guests with young/athletic dogs should be forewarned until owner repairs/replaces. Also, would suggest having a few more utensils so you don't need to wash in between running the dishwasher. Either way, we all loved it, and would rent again.

Cute cozy cottage

My husband and I with our college aged son had a wonderful few days at this cute, cozy, conveniently located cottage just after Christmas. The cottage is beautifully decorated with a beach theme. We played board games and read in front of the gas fire which gave the living room a wonderful ambiance. We wallowed in the hot tub every night - the robes provided were a thoughtful touch! The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood quiet so we all slept well too. The cottage is also convenient to many area restaurants and hiking trails - We love to visit in the winter and Mare’s cottage was the perfect getaway. Mare was also the perfect host available to answer any questions but not at all obtrusive. This was my son’s Christmas present and we will certainly be back!

Okay but not to par . We were told it is sterilized , however we found dirty towels & sheets We had to was towels . Front storm door broken , stove burners not working, man’s clothes left in closet, grill was filthy

Great getaway

Had planned to bring our 2 dogs, but then had coverage for them and that being said it was still a great booking. It was everything you need in a nice quite neighborhood, accessible to everything. Nice 1/2 way point on the Cape making it easy to access many attractions. The teens loved the ping pong table, who am I kidding we all did. The hot tub was great too!

Great property

The house was very comfortable and clean. Had a nice fenced in backyard for our dog. We were only there for the weekend so we didn't end up using the hot tub, but as with everything else, it was very clean. Just down the street was a nice wooded area with many trails which was the perfect place to walk our dog. The house was within walking distance of Rt. 28. Quiet neighborhood. We were greeted with a bottle of champaign on ice and dog biscuits for our dog. If we decided to go back to the Cape again, we would rent this house again.

A home away from Home

I would stay at this vacation rental again it was a great experience it was supplied with all the items you need at a home so you do not have to run to a store for everything. it was a very relaxing and nice home. my dog came with us to which is blind from birth even my dog enjoyed it and was relaxed there which is not easy for a blind dog to get use to. hopefully we will be coming back to cape cod next year this would be the 1st rental i will call to see if it is available. thank you Mare

This house is so cute, and it was very clean. Ample sleeping space, and the host was really accommodating. In a quiet neighborhood, but close to amenities. We loved the hot tub as well. would stay here again for sure!
