Vancouver Island Lake house delight
Absolutely peaceful. Your ideal family getaway.... YouBou, known for the Elk which roam freely and just ten minutes past Lake Cowichan town where you get groceries or have dinners out. This property rarely has an availability due to the owner spending most of the summer there. But a family trip is making this available the first three week of July 2024. Sauna, Hot Tub and the cleanest lake west of vancouver. The Dock alone is over 1400 square feet. Great for morning coffee with the Nespresso coffee maker right there for you. Half a dozen separate outdoor areas so everyone can find a sanctuary.
The kitchen is made for sharing the cooking. With a large island and all the kitchen gadgets you need. Comes with a Pizza oven and BBQ too.
