Elegant decor and spacious floor plan perfect for small families includes 3 bedrooms plus loft with 2 full plus one half baths and features all the comforts of home including an amazing roomy full-size kitchen with many upgrades. Amenities include central air conditioning, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Gas Grill, 4 TVs and Wi-Fi. Enjoy relaxing with family and friends out back on either the screen porch or charming patio. The kids will enjoy an afternoon by the community pool or time bike riding through the quiet community!
