Evoke is a transformed nostalgic family holiday home by the sea, providing more than your average retreat; it is a home-away-from-home for up to six guests seeking an indulgently comfortable stay.
The owners have furnished the property to provide the comforts of home when they come and stay, and want guests to feel the same way. The home boasts three designed bedrooms all with linen and bed making provided. Each room is a haven of relaxation with plush bedding, remote ceiling fans, and beautiful timber floorboards. The second bedroom provides a working station for those who are on a working holiday; whilst the third bedroom has twin king single beds to provide flexibility for guests. Ample storage space in all rooms makes it easy for guests to unpack and settle in quickly.
A centrally placed, well-lit bathroom is equipped to provide convenience for every guest, beautifully fitted with modern amenities including a walk-in shower with rainwater showerhead that invites soothing, lingering showers or quick freshen-ups with equal ease.
Evoke at Shoal Bay pays attention to detail, providing a laundry with a top loader washing machine, clothes dryer, extra fridge and second shower.
The open-plan, air-conditioned living area merges a chic dining room and lounge, featuring a large-screen Smart TV and free unlimited Wi-Fi, there is even a record player to play your favourite vinyls, while mixing your cocktails in the mid-century bar. It’s here that you can socialize, indulge in meals, or simply curl up with a good book in the bean bags. The fully equipped kitchen, armed with essentials like a Smeg coffee machine (beans provided), family size fridge / freezer, dishwasher, gas cooktop and microwave oven, is every food lover's delight. An outdoor Weber gas BBQ rounds up the dining options!
A relaxing yard and outdoor area offer unbeatable relaxation spaces, kick back to the gentle hum of nature, sit back and watch your favourite movie on the outdoor cinema projector or sit amongst the rainforest styled garden.
Leave the car keys in the drawer, as a flat short stroll of approximently 750 metre’s and you will be on Shoal Bay Beach. The shopping areas and waterfront ensures you are never far from the action of the night time entertainment at Shoal Bay Country Club or a glorious meal at an array of restaurants to choose.
Evoke provides ample parking with two undercover carports and parking for a boat or PWC !

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
