Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because I'm close to so many things here, and I don't need to drive everywhere because everything is within walking distance. And it's a nice new area that is thriving and bustling with new businesses and opportunities.

What makes my properties down from rest, is that it's an older building with a lot of character in an area that is both new and old.
