The Space:
Linen is not provided, there are doonas and pillows, all other linen including towels is BYO - there is a hire option via the agency if you wish.

Please note that this is strictly a no party house and we do require check-in forms to be completed for the safety of guests and our property. **

Guest access
Guests will have access and use of the entirety of the property, you will be sent a key safe code on the morning of your arrival. Your privacy will be respected at all times.
Other things to note:
- This is strictly a No Party house. There are noise monitors installed at this property. If noise exceeds a certain level you will receive a warning text and then a follow up phone call. Penalties will apply.
- We will require you to sign check-in forms, provide an image of Government issued ID for security and verification purposes

Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.
Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation

Guest Access:
On the day of your arrival you will receive a text providing you with the details for check-in, including the location of the key safe and its code. You should receive this sms at approximately 9am. In order for this sms to be generated you need to ensure that you sign and return the confirmation as well as provide us with a copy of your identification.
