Situated right in the heart of the city, within a resort-style complex, it provides views, a large private balcony, and a full kitchen filled with natural light.

This 3 -bedroom penthouse apartment is located on level 18 on the corner of George and Bond Street, with access to a pool, spa and gym. It is the perfect place to use as a base if you want to explore the sights of Sydney.

Just a short walk to Circular Quay, The Rocks and Town Hall, the apartment is opposite Wynyard Station which gives you direct transport to Central Station; and the new Light Rail is at the front door in George St and connects Circular Quay, Central Station and outer suburbs.

Parking can be organised with a $60 fee per day. Please let us know before your stay. Complimentary car parking can be made available for bookings over six nights.

A short walk to the Sydney Opera House, Darling Harbour, The Sydney Eye and other nearby attractions. Additionally, only minutes from local eateries and bars if you're looking for a place to dine out, or order in and enjoy the sounds of the city from the balcony overlooking the CBD.

A shopping centre is located directly across the road with access to a supermarket for any last-minute items you need to pick up, as well as specialty stores.

Free wifi is available and additional bedding is available for the sofa bed at extra cost.

Fabulous!

Great property. Close to everything. Walked to all the attractions. Check in process was easy and accommodating. The only drawback was the scaffolding -we could not use the balcony. I would definitely stay here again.

Great sydney cbd property

Ignore the previous review! I was concerned, but had no issues to be - this is a great unit privately owned but in the Mantra building. It really is so well appointed for families with a great kitchen and living space. The location is amazing, we stayed for vivid and were able to walk to Circular Quay or Pitt St mall easily. Highly recommended, the check in and out is a bit of a pain, having to meet the person for key access and showing us around - we have gone to many non-contact properties that we have used for similar holidays, and considering we are neurodivergent this would have been preferred to the verbal instructions we were given. 100% would recommend this property.

Disappointing experience!

The apartment is in a perfect location with short walking distance to the harbour bridge and opera house. It is spacious and has great views of the city, although you can only see a tiny bit of the harbour bridge, not like the advertised photos. Our negative experience started when we were contacted to be told that we need to give an exact time we would be at the property as the card handler needed to go to work after meeting us. I said we were hoping to be there around 4:30pm but would message prior to leaving the central coast. I got held up and work and messaged at approx 4:10 to say we were going to be later than expected to which I received a reply of F**K.. When we arrived at the property and finally got instructions on accessing a lock box with the key in it, we could not get into the car park - the card wouldn’t work. We finally got up to the apartment and had a look around and it looked tidy upon entry. However, on closer inspection, all shower walls and floors in the 3 bathrooms were covered in mould. The toilets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned out in months/years. There were someone else hair balls stuck to the shower walls. We actually purchased cleaning products and cleaned a shower and toilet before using them! Our feet were black from walking on the floor barefoot, food on all the pictures on the walls, stained mattress protectors etc. I kindly emailed the owner photos to show her that her property was not being cleaned properly & received no response!!
