For a day filled with water-themed adventure, the H2O Waterpark contains thrilling rides and slides for kids and the kids-at-heart alike. Day-to-day needs are easily taken care of with grocery stores less than a 5-minute drive away. Just for the adults, the Formosa Wine Company is a short walk away where you can plan a tasting and stroll through the serene vineyards. If you’re planning on visiting the theme parks for a day or two, you’re conveniently located to the front gates of Disney, Universal, and Legoland. Everything about the interior of this new build is fresh and modern, offering an open floor plan where relaxation and entertainment blend seamlessly together. Steps away, the chic dining room table sets the scene for formal meals with seating for 7, while 4 more can grab a high-top stool at the kitchen island. This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower.

The home also includes 2 additional guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower, and the second with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for up to 3 vehicles on a first come, first served basis.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets. A daily pet fee of $35 per pet will be required. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.
• Please note that as this is a private home, guests do not have access to the Owners-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called “The Fins Up Club.”

Margaritaville Resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and just 10 miles from Universal Studios. Guests of the resort have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping, and comedy shows. Please note that guests do not have access to the “Fins Up Club”.

Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is just a quick 15-minute walk away. A shuttle is also available with regular rotations of pick-up and drop-off. The Sunset Walk complex features Island H20 Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and if you can believe it SO much more! There’s truly something for everyone!
