The Space:
Constructed in 2018, this incredible and contemporary 400-square-meter residence is nestled on a sprawling 5,000-square-meter property. It's conveniently located approximately 15 minutes from both the airport and the city center. You'll have the unique opportunity to hand-feed a delightful array of animals including ducks, a pony, alpacas, and even goldfish.

Immerse yourself in the marvels of modern automation complete with full voice activation. Come and unwind in the contemporary countryside charm of this farmhouse. Take a seat in one of the two hot tubs while observing the tranquil grazing of cattle, or gather around the in-ground fire pit with a glass of red wine.

Inside, the house offers two separate TV areas - one for adults and one for kids. The secure in-ground trampoline is a delightful feature for children to enjoy.

Please take note that there is one full bathroom with a toilet, two separate toilets, and an additional shower within the main house. The Master bedroom also boasts a full ensuite.

We kindly ask that you be considerate of the owners who occasionally stay in the completely separate and private cottage. Both dwellings offer a high level of privacy, and the only shared space is the parking area.

Lastly, we request that you refrain from loud noise after 10 pm. Ample parking is available, including space for a large RV.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you'll have exclusive access to all the amenities and spaces within the property.

The Neighborhood:
Prebbleton is a suburb located in the southwest of Christchurch, New Zealand. It is known for its country-style living and peaceful atmosphere. With its mix of rural and residential properties, it offers a great escape from the busy city life while still being close enough to take advantage of all the amenities and facilities Christchurch has to offer. The community is close-knit, friendly, and offers a safe and secure environment for families. If you are looking for a relaxed and quiet lifestyle, Prebbleton is definitely worth considering.

Getting Around:
Property has helicopter access. Restaurants and hotel 5 mins from the property, 15 mins from the airport and central city.

Other Things to Note:
Plenty of secure on-site parking.
The owners who travel a lot may occasionally access their private cottage via a private entrance, on rare occasions we will be around to say hello and you will see us at animal feeding time. If you need anything let us know.

1 hour to Mt Hutt ski fields

Our strict rules: No loud noise outside after 10:00 pm. We are in a residential area, we have asked our neighbours to let us know about the noise, if you don't think you can honour this, we ask you not to book.
No parties, any gathering without prior approval will result in an immediate cancellation, with no refund.
Checkout is 10am. If you need a late checkout you must request is 24 hours beforehand.

No animals. No smoking inside - any smoking or animals inside will result in a $200 extra cleaning fee.
The house must be left in a reasonable state. Any extra cleaning required will be charged to you in full, at a rate of $60 per hour. Any damage, spills, or stain must be reported, if needed you may be charged for cost of replacement or cleaning.

Please note there are Amazon Alexa devices in this property, and there is a video doorbell on the front door. Also a Minut decibel reader used at the request of local council. This is outside only.

Additional Rules
Motorbikes or motorcycles strictly are not allowed on the property.

Any gang patches or gang association of any kind is strictly not allowed and will result in immediate eviction.

Interaction with Guests:
Occasionally we will be around to say hello and you will see us at animal feeding time. If you need anything let us know.
Owners may pop by to say hello and access the private cottage.
The only thing you share is a large amount of car parking.
Plenty of secure on-site parking.
