Located in Cowes, this semi-detached beach villa comprises 3 bedrooms and 1 large bathroom with a bath! This home is very close to the beach (2 minute drive, 15 minute walk) shops, restaurants, cafes and the centre main strip of Cowes.
Set on a block with another unit behind (also available to stay in for Larger groups).

1. ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY
When you book and stay with us, you're agreeing to these house rules.
2. CHECK-IN / OUT
Check-in is at 3 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. The location, your unique property access code and access details will be sent to you in the house manual closer to your stay (about 24 hours before)
3. SECURITY BOND
A bond payment of $1000 may be required for the booking. We will let you know if it does. It's just to make sure everything goes smoothly and everyone plays nice. If, for any reason, there's damage, loss, or extra expenses because of not following the terms and conditions, we'll use the bond to cover it. This could include things like damages, breakages, additional or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared, complaints against you or any other issues that may arise.
4. PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS
Parties or events are not allowed on this property. Please keep noise levels down after 8 pm on weekdays and 10 pm on weekends. If we have to step in, we'd hate to see you lose your bond or have to leave early with an eviction.
5. PETS
Pets are at times considered for this property, please be advised the property is not fully fenced and pets cannot be left unattended at any stage.
6. LINEN AND TOWELS
We've got you covered with fresh linen and towels. Just take care of them, if anything happens, lost or damaged linen/towels may incur a small replacement fee.
7. PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS
If a complaint is raised, guests will be contacted on the number they have provided. If it's noisy and we can't sort it out by getting in touch with you guests may be charged a call-out fee for property managers or security to attend the property. Any complaint must be notified in writing to Bespoke BNB before departure from the property. We want to make sure everyone is happy, including our neighbours.
We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since Bespoke BNB is not responsible for any injuries, illness, or accidents that may occur while staying at our property.
8. SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted in the house.
9. KEYS
The keys are available 24/7 and details will be sent to you before check-in. Keys must be collected and returned here STRICTLY at check-out for cleaners to access. Any lost keys will incur a replacement fee.

11. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
We trust you to treat our place like your own. Please follow house rules for the property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety, and quiet enjoyment of the property and our neighbours.
You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft, and property loss during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately.
Only the guests included with the original booking may stay on the property overnight.
12. PROPERTY DEPARTURE
Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges and all rubbish put in the rubbish bins provided.
All furniture and furnishings must be left in their position when you arrive.
The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked.
Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for the removal of excessive rubbish, etc.
