Mid-Century or Mies (as in Van der Rohe), then come and explore architecture with us while you make your initial decent into a world of industrial wonderment. Located near Columbia’s Downtown Owens Field Airport this Loft is a mere runway from Columbia’s emerging City Center.

Stretch out in 2000 square-feet of reinvented raw industrial space consisting of two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. This loft boasts exposed brick walls, structural steel beams, and concrete floors and countertops. The Baltic-birch custom cabinetry frames the modern kitchen, containing the soft-spoken beauty of stainless Bosch appliances. The 20-foot tall ceilings are accented with exposed aluminum spiral ductwork hung with leather strapping as a backdrop to a ceiling created of both exposed corrugated steel and clear-finished tongue & groove boards. The loft also contains loads of intimate lighting tailored for your perfect evening. Industrial Lofts 912 comes equipped with a 2-car garage operated with a remote door lift, providing covered parking for your vehicles.

After rinsing off your travels in our spa-inspired custom showers, you’ll experience 5-Star landings afloat locally crafted platform beds, lavished with enough gooses and thread-count to send you off soundly on your journey counting sheep. Wheels up in the morning with a hot cup of Starbucks and then it’s Bon voyage!

Super Cool Loft!
I enjoy finding unusual places to stay and this one is high on the list. We were in Columbia for parent's weekend with our UofSC student. The location is a short drive to everything - UofSC, Vista, Main Street. We hope to stay in one of Joab's lofts again soon!

Cool and comfortable apartment.
This property was perfect for our quick trip to Columbia. The checkin process was very easy and the apartment is everything it advertises. It is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Very clean and the extra amenities like coffee were much appreciated. It is close to 5 points, the Vista, and UofSC (although not within walking distance). There is also a beautiful park within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Place
Beautiful place, but the HVAC is extremely loud which made it hard to hear the TV in the main room and to sleep in the upstairs bedroom when its running. Also, make sure you understand that they charge per person staying there. We initially had 3 staying and ended up with 4. I had to have my Dad check us in as I was running late and he told them 5 (he just didn't know) and we ended up paying for an extra person that didn't stay there. Not a big deal and the only reason I bring it up is that any of the other VRBO's that we stayed in didn't have a per person charge.

A stock broker turned real-estate developer, I found my passion and calling in repurposing old warehouses into chic, living quarters. I plan to convert more of my inventory of these exciting lofts into overnight spaces so that more travelers can experience the lifestyle that I've enjoyed creating.
