Hermoso condominio de 3 dormitorios, 2 baños completos en el primer piso que es conveniente para todo. Ubicado en la ruta 1 con fácil acceso a la playa, restaurantes, puntos de venta y actividades. Este condominio de unidad final ofrece fácil acceso a la piscina comunitaria a través de un porche trasero con mosquitero (con ventilador de techo y mesa / sillas) y un patio contiguo.

Cómodamente duerme 6 con rey rey y camas queen otros 2 dormitorios. Cuna plegable para una persona adicional. El dormitorio principal tiene un baño en suite (con riel de asistencia para discapacitados), vestidor, tocador, ventilador de techo y TV de pantalla plana de 50 pulgadas. Gran segundo dormitorio (15 x 12) con ventilador de techo, TV de pantalla plana, gran armario y tocador. El tercer dormitorio tiene TV de pantalla plana, ventilador de techo y amplio armario. Las habitaciones segunda y tercera comparten un baño completo (bañera / ducha).

La cocina renovada tiene encimeras de granito y ofrece todas las comodidades del hogar. El área de comedor separada tiene capacidad para 6 (y se puede ampliar para más) mientras que la barra de desayuno tiene capacidad para otras 2 personas. El porche cubierto ofrece asientos adicionales para cuatro para cenar al aire libre.

Great Place to Stay!

My family stayed in two properties at the Palms. The location was perfect. The unit was clean and comfortable. The screened in porch over looking the pool was great. Access to the pool was also a huge plus. We ended up having a family day by the pool and it was awesome! The owners and the property manager were all easily accessible and accommodating. I would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful Stay at the Palms

We had a great weekend stay at the Palms. David and Nina were very communicative and made check-in super easy; they gave us all the information we needed ahead of time and we were even able to check in slightly early at our request, which was so kind. We enjoyed the balcony, the games and books, and the beautiful pool. The beds were super comfortable and the set-up was perfect for our family of 5 (the kids had a separate bathroom which was great). The kitchen and family area was spacious and it had all the necessary amenities to make it an easy stay (we did need to bring our own sheets and towels but everything else was available). Parking was easy and it was very close to everything. 5 stars! Would love to come back.

Excellent condo and location to Rehoboth beach! This unit was perfect for our family!

This unit was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. It was everything we needed for our vacation. Easy to get to the beach and boardwalk. Conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. Complex nice and well maintained. Pool was clean and nice.

Great place to stay

Condo was clean and just as described. Loved the proximity to the beach and boardwalk - traffic was rough on the weekend, but that is out of anyones control. We didn’t get to take advantage of the pool, but loved that the option was there. We greatly enjoyed being able to cook breakfast and dinner at the condo, but one suggestion would be a dish rack for drying hand washed dishes. We had a great trip to Rehoboth Beach, and would definitely stay again at the property, if available.

Great vacation despite the weather

The condo was very spacious and clean. The pool was great and the property was well maintained. We had rainy weather but still had fun because of the pool and beautiful accommodations. My only complaint was the traffic and proximity to the beach. With the traffic, it took us 15-20 mins get to the beach.

Great, except for the linen situation

The condo was great, clean and comfortable and in a great location, but the lack of bedsheets was pretty inconvenient. I would have given the property five stars if at least the bedsheets were included.

The Palms 1206

The condo was beautiful! And the property was close to the beach and boardwalk and all of the action, in the center of everything-shopping, restaurants, and anything we needed. Pool was great, never too crowded. All of the other guests we met were wonderful too. Our hosts were very helpful, answered any questions we had and were available if they were needed. We would love to come back and stay!

Great time!

We had a great time during our stay. Our two grandsons really enjoyed the beach and pool. The property was the perfect size for us and was ideally located for access to the beach and many of the other Rehoboth Beach attractions. Although our stay was too short we all had a wonderful time. Fun in Rehoboth Beach.

This is our 6th time in the area and second at The Palms. Dave and Nina’s place was spacious and well equipped for our family. The beach was not far and was easy to get parking. The pool was also a nice treat in the afternoon after the beach. Everyone in the complex was friendly and neighbour Irv gave us tips as to what to see. Hope to come back next year!

Close to everything in Rehoboth.

Walking distance to restaurants, tanger outlets. Owners provided a beach parking pass which was awesome. Easily found a parking spot each day on a quiet street with access to beach. Walked on the boardwalk each day after hanging out on the beach.

good first time experience

the property was nice. definately a good forst time experience. the condo however was not as clean as i would have liked, there were areas on the bedroom floors with sand on them. also, the property was advertised to come with a beach parkong pass and 3 sets of house keys which it did not. all ot came with was 1 set of house keys and a pin code to get in the front door. overall a good experience, would consider renting from this host again.

Thanksgiving week getaway

Family vacation

The property is located in a great neighborhood and easy access to the beach. The children enjoyed the pool after being at the beach. The property was clean and well laid out. The 2 bathrooms was great. The only thing that we as family thought was more cooking utensils. We are a family that likes to cook and had limited utensils. The big coffee mugs were great My family would definitely stay there again. The manger was helpful during our stay. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Nice little place for quick getaway

This property was located at a nice spot. Close to shopping, dinning and activities. Nice 5 minute drive to the beach. Rooms were spacious with two full baths and full kitchen. Pool was very lovely and since this unit was on the first level, it was an easy walk there as well. We never heard any other tenants through the walls/ceiling. Was well air conditioned. Some things we would change: We planned to eat in the whole time due to gas prices - some of the kitchen items were less then ideal (for example, the oven took forever to heat up and cook food). The mattresses aren’t exactly comfortable and the unit seems to need some updates. Could also use a small wash line to hang up towels and swim suits outside. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would come back again!

Condo Vacation in Rehoboth

My 2 brothers and I stayed recently in this condo, which was very nicely appointed and well stocked. Condo was clean upon our arrival. Pictures on VRBO site don’t do it justice. We got to enjoy all the amenities, including the pool, patio, and kitchen. Dave and Nina called me prior to our visit to give us helpful info including restaurant suggestions. This was very nice and much appreciated. I really loved this condo, and the location on the first floor and to the pool from the back patio were wonderful. Location to the Outlets, restaurants, other shopping, and other shore towns were also great. The Property Mgr was available and responsive to questions on operating the main TV. He also suggested some restaurants. The new TV in one of the bedrooms was not installed. But, it did not distract from having a good time. Overall, it was a great vacation. I would definitely book this condo again. And, would definitely stay longer.
