Has potential, but needs work to be a rental
We arrived after dark and there were no lights on. The key pad was already set to the given code which was concerning, but we could not get the lock box to open. We tried resetting and still no luck. I then called the phone number that I was given as my contact person for the property and it went straight to voicemail. This same contact person did not answer emails that I had sent prior to the visit which should have been a red flag! I was able to speak with someone at the management company and finally got the lock box open. We finally got in and the AC was on in the house even though it was close to freezing outside!Bath towel are provided but no hand towels or wash cloths. The second bathroom downstairs only works as a tub, the shower does not work. All bathrooms have a lot of mildew in showers. The shower door in the main bathroom on the first floor is hung wrong and you have to get in and out by the toilet.The bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor are not connected. You must take a separate staircase to each bedroom. One bedroom has a bathroom. The room that does not have a bathroom has a set of uneven stairs without a handrail, definitely not up to code! If you stay in this room you will also have no privacy due no blinds or curtains on window. These rooms get very hot!Beds have a fitted sheet, comforter, and pillow shams which is concerning for what actually gets washed between guests.WiFi was not working, found live ammunition, kitchen not equip to cook.
