We are proud to offer you a professionally designed and decorated one bedroom suite in the heart of Cruz Bay. Our condo features hotel quality furnishings and all the amenities expected at a top class resort but with an added sense of privacy. The eat-on deck features stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and islands as well as the mountainside, town, and harbor of the island. We can have a local greeter meet you at the ferry dock, accompany you to the resort, and answer any questions you may have about the beautiful island of St. John.

The resort features traditional European and Caribbean architecture and modern amenities including a workout room, swimming pool, hot tub, and extra large pool deck with ocean views. The location of the resort is unparalleled on the island. You will be located only a hundred yards from the quaint Cruz Bay town with its many restaurants and shops. Your immediate vicinity will allow access to many exciting and relaxing activities including fishing, sailing, scuba diving, spas, and day trips to neighboring islands. You can hike to the most beautiful beaches, hire a taxi, or rent a car to explore the island.

This rental may have a parking space available on a first come, first serve basis and is only available with the rental of our Jeep Wrangler 4DR, contact us to check availability of the vehicle and a reserved parking space. If you already have a vehicle the property manager will make every attempt to provide a parking space but it is not guaranteed without the rental of our vehicle. There are additional parking options in town close by if you rent a vehicle somewhere else and parking is needed. Video can be provided to show you the locations.

This property is across the street from clear waters and centrally located in Cruz Bay. The villa has avail all the beach needs… snorkels, chairs, floats and coolers. The unit is updated, clean and comfortable w a king bed and fold out full mattress in living room. Views are stunning from balcony with grill and table/chairs. Laundry in unit is an added bonus!

Excellent location in St John!

This is a very nice unit in a fabulous location a few minutes walk from downtown Cruz Bay. Despite that it is very quiet, esp since the bedroom faces the back. The condo is modern and comfortable, having had a recent renovation. We definitely enjoyed our stay (though too short). The property manager was very responsive though, with some information coming from the owner and some from the property manager, it was a little hard to find things in email or know who exactly to contact at times. But once that was figured out it was very smooth. Be prepared for fairly tight parking in the garage and the very steep hills on St John.

This unit is amazing!!

We always love to stay at Grande Bay as it is so close to town we never rent a car and just walk or take a cab where we want to go. This unit has obviously been recently remodeled and blew us away with its modern touches and amazing balcony views. Would highly recommend Grande Bay and Livin' the Dream!

This condo is on the bottom level and very convenient to downtown. If you're in the top level it is hard to get to the street! We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Great location

Anyone looking to stay in St. John should consider this condo first. The unit is in excellent condition and has everything you need . The location is perfect as you are able to walk to everything in town. Would stay here again should we go back to St. John.

Wonderful Condo with Great Location

This condo was wonderful. It had everything you would need including beach towels, beach chairs, and coolers, plenty of well maintained appliances, including washer and dryer. It was very clean and comfortable. It has a beautiful view from the balcony where we sat and had coffee every morning and drinks at the end of the evening. The location was wonderful. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants and bars easily. We rented the owners Jeep which was was very comfortable and came in so handy as we were able to drive to different, beautiful nearby beaches everyday. Just a wonderful vacation. Crandall Management Company was wonderful and responded quickly to any questions we had. The owner of the Condo, Carey, was also extremely nice and responded quickly to anything I asked. I would highly recommend!

Lived the Dream

Exactly what we had hoped for. Close to all of the shops and restaurants but far enough away so we didn't hear the nightlife noise and music at night. Highly recommend this one-bedroom piece of paradise.

Perfect Location!

This was our first visit to St. John, we visited over Christmas. This Condo is in the perfect location to access restaurants, ferry, bars, and grocery. We rented the Jeep from this listing as well and it was so convenient. Although the condo décor is a little dated and has been well utilized, it was very clean and had everything one would need and more. The bed was surprisingly comfortable for a rental; we had great nights of sleep while visiting (my husband can never sleep well at hotels). We had full control of the thermostat and it was very comfortable. The property manager and local management are very responsive and friendly. Our flight was delayed 2 hours coming in and everything still went perfectly on the St. John side. Since driving is on the left side of the road in St. John and there are not many street lights beyond town, my husband was very happy he did not have to drive out to a villa in the dark and could have a few cocktails and just walk back to the condo at night. During the day the island was easy to navigate and get to places we wanted to go. Walking around Cruz Bay is expected and vehicles yield to pedestrians. Having a pool on property was great especially after hiking or a hot day at the beach.

Perfect Cruz Bay location.

We really enjoyed our stay in Cruz Bay, St. John. This condo was in a perfect location. It's walking distance to the ferry, taxis, restaurants and shops. The place was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the views were great. It's the perfect place for 2 people. We even rented the jeep which was well cared for. The owner and property managers were friendly and accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay here..

Great to be back !

This unit was perfect for our family of 4! After not being on St. John since 2016, this location was exactly what we have been wanting to book. Super close to everything and the owners were super helpful in accommodating us with their Jeep which came in handy to freely explore the island. Unit was clean with everything you need (except for groceries of course). Great view of Cruz Bay, nice pool and gym areas, and walking distance to many restaurants and quickie mart for last minute essentials. Look forward to booking again in the near future!

Don't Miss This Gem

Amazing, amazing view from the balcony of a perfectly attractive and well-managed property ideally placed in the heart of Cruz Bay, St John. We came with two very young kids and they had a great time. Each morning we woke up and saw the boats on the harbor from our breezy breakfast table. Resort staff were very supportive and available. Location is super close to good bars and restaurants and is literally steps away from an actual beach (though not the best beach on the island, but that's okay). WORDS OF ADVICE: If you're coming with kids, don't pack their sand toys; this unit comes with a complement of sand toys. Also don't bring beach towels or umbrella or cooler, because the unit has all those already as well. Also this unit comes with a free designated on-site parking space for your rental car, which we brought over on the ferry from St Thomas.

ST. JOHN - WONDERFUL STAY

This play had it all. Walking distance to all of the great restaurants. It was also great to be able to rent the jeep to be able to explore the island and all of the amazing beaches. We will definitely be back! The place itself was sparkling clean and was plenty of room for a family of 4.

Lovely condo!

Spectacular view, very well appointed unit! Stocked with everything: coolers, sand toys, beach chairs and towels. Fluffy bath towels, great bed, pillows and linens. Kids were impressed that the pull out in the living room was really comfortable. Lovely kitchen. Helpful host. Great location in Cruz Bay on the waterfront near restaurants and recreation and hikeable to the National Park trails and beaches. Highly recommended!
