The day before your arrival we will send you the Check-in instructions that will provide you with the code for the lockbox, to easily access your room keys.

It is not necessary to go to the reception to collect the keys, only if the access to the pool is not working or if you have any questions about the hotel.

While you are settling in, we ask that you inspect your accommodation and let us know if you have any concerns. In the unlikely event that there is a problem, we will be happy to offer you a 100% refund if you keep the unit clean and unused. However, if you use the unit, we will have to charge you for the nights you use, as well as the cleaning fee. Please let us know about any issues so we can fix them immediately.

The condo is located in Miami, Florida, United States. Staying in Brickell is one of the best places in Miami. Brickell is the center of Miami's banking, investment and financial sectors. Additionally, along with downtown Miami, Brickell has the majority of the state's foreign consulates.

The Metromover metro station (free service) is opposite. It will take you to the most desired areas of Miami and the museums. There is also a tram that reclaims Brickell. UBER and Lyft services work incredibly well and are always minutes away.

Being in Miami's financial district means eating at the best restaurants and enjoying the nightlife.
