Magic Villa, 10 Mins to Disney – Fun for the Whole Family w/ Pool & Game Room!

Get ready to stay in the vacation home of a lifetime! Located in the gorgeous Emerald Island Resort, this incredible, themed 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom step-free entrance home is sure to amaze kids and adults alike. Each bedroom is uniquely themed in Star Wars, Frozen, Minions, Harry Potter, and Mickey Mouse. The home also has a private pool and lanai, living room, full kitchen, laundry area and an incredible game room. Perhaps best of all? The home is only a 5–10-minute drive away from Walt Disney World.

When you first step into the home, you are greeted by the entryway table. To the right of the front door is the first of the bedrooms, where you’ll step into the magical world of Harry Potter. With the brick walls, bookshelf curtains and the four flags representing the Hogwarts Houses, you'll feel like you've entered your very own Hogwarts common room! This room has a double bed, two nightstands, two table lamps, a dresser, and a smart TV. This room also has a closet with hangers for storage. Inside the closet, there is one pack and play, baby safety gates, and the downstairs vacuum. There is also a second highchair in the closet.

Leaving the Harry Potter room and to the left of the front door, there are two doors to choose from. The door on the right leads to the first bathroom, with a bathtub/shower combo, a sink and vanity, and a toilet. In between the bathroom and the game room is the laundry room, with a washer and a dryer that is free for guests to use during their stay. There is also a mop and bucket, as well as a broom and dustpan.

Leaving the bathroom and walking straight across the hall will lead you to the massive game room! This space is perfect for families who want to wind down while having some fun, featuring a pool table, foosball table, arcade fighters' game, and TV set up with a PS4. There are two gaming chairs that can wheel around, and there is a high-top table and stools for those who want to watch and have a snack. There's also a variety of board games and card games, including classics like Monopoly, Yahtzee, Connect-4, Chess, and UNO.

Leaving the game room and turning towards the entryway area will lead you to the rest of the downstairs area. The dining area has a lovely light fixture hanging above the table to provide lighting. This table can seat 6 guests and is great for hosting a family meal! Next to the dining area is the first entry to the kitchen. This fully stocked kitchen has everything you need: plenty of dishes, pots and pans, silverware, and tons of utensils and appliances for cooking, along with a microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer. Some of the smaller appliances available include a Keurig coffee maker, a griddle for pancakes, a crock-pot, a pressure cooker, a blender, and more.

The living room is the perfect space for family gatherings, featuring a couch, kids' play table, coffee table, electric fireplace, and a smart TV. Next to the kids' play table is a toy bin with some toys for the kids to use. These include LEGO DUPLO pieces, toy trucks, and a bowling set.

The doorway closest to the stairs leads you into the Mickey Mouse master bedroom, offering a king bed, a smart TV, nightstand, lamp (along with an adorable Mickey plush), and dresser. The ceiling lights in the bedroom are all directly above the headboards in the bedroom. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom. The bathroom has a stand-alone shower, garden tub, toilet, sink, and vanity.

Upstairs are the three remaining bedrooms and one final bathroom. The first room upstairs is the "Frozen" themed bedroom. Young fans will love the huge wall mural of Anna, Elsa, and all their friends from the hit Disney film. This room has two twin beds, a nightstand, lamp, dresser (watched over by the two Olaf plushies and Kristoff doll), and a smart TV. This room has a closet with hangers, providing storage during your stay.

Up next is the "Minions" themed bedroom. Your little ones will go bananas for this wacky and colorful room filled with wall-to-wall Minions! This room has two twin beds, a nightstand, lamp, dresser, and a smart TV. This room also has a closet with hangers, providing storage during your stay.

Located directly in the middle of the upstairs is the third and final bathroom of the house. This bathroom has a shower/bathtub combo, sink and vanity, and toilet.

The final bedroom of the house is the Star Wars bedroom, where you’ll feel like you're in a galaxy far, far, away. This room has a massive space mural on the wall where the headboard of the bed meets and has several wall art pieces inspired by the legendary space fantasy. This room has one king bed with a light-up headboard, two nightstands, two lamps, a dresser (complete with a little Grogu), and a smart TV. There is a remote for the light-up headboard located on the nightstand. This bedroom also has a closet with hangers, providing storage during your stay.

Located at the back of the house, you’ll find the private screened-in lanai. This lanai includes the house's swimming pool and hot tub. There's also outdoor patio furniture, including a table and chairs set, perfect for eating a tasty meal out in the Florida sunshine. Speaking of tasty meals, this home also offers a propane BBQ grill, available upon request. All grilling utensils are in the kitchen. Pool towels are also provided to guests for their stay. The pool towels are in the white basket located next to the sliding door in the living room.

Guests have access to the whole house except for the walk-in closet located in the master bathroom. That locked closet is used for our management company and cleaning crew, as well as the homeowner, so guests cannot have access to it. Guests also cannot access the locked closet in the game room. Other than that, please make yourself at home!

This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 5 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a double size bed and smart TV.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #4 includes 2 twin size beds and a smart TV.

Bedroom #5 includes 2 twin size beds and a smart TV.

The home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and walk-in shower and the second with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• This home has been a rental for two years, but is currently under new management.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles, with additional parking on the street as needed.

• Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment.

- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.

Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.

• Patio grills. Your home might have a BBQ grill installed on the patio. If you decide to use the grill, there is a $95 fee. You should request to use the BBQ grill prior to your arrival as we have locks on the grills. After each checkout and before any arrival, our operations team checks the grills by taking pictures and/or videos. If it is determined that you or your guests used the grill, you will receive communication from our guest services team advising you that your card will be charged. BBQ grill fees are non-refundable..

• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera, mounted on the top right corner of the front of the home and actively monitoring the entryway.
• REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED BY EMERALD ISLAND RESORT TO AVOID NON-STAYING GUESTS AND THE TOWING OF VEHICLES. There is a $20 fee per car to register your vehicle and receive an access card for up to 1 week stays.

This home is advantageously located with several nearby options for dining and shopping. You’ll enjoy staying just minutes from world-renowned attractions, beautiful beaches, and challenging golf courses. The major Florida attractions are also just a skip-and-a-jump away: Magic Kingdom (10 miles), Epcot (8 miles), Hollywood Studios (7 miles), Animal Kingdom (5 miles), Universal Studios (18 miles), Legoland (32 miles), Margaritaville (approximately 4 miles), and Sea World (13 miles)!
