Welcome to Lakeshore Serenity, wonderfully situated in the sought-after area of Warners Bay. This beautiful residence offers a stylish, private escape just 250 meters from the lake’s edge. As you arrive, the contemporary façade draws you in, and the home's appealing design continues inside with a light, bright interior accented with rich timber and neutral tones. Expanding over two levels, the home sleeps 10 comfortably has everything you need for an amazing Escape on Lake Macquarie including an exquisite inground swimming pool.
Situated just a few moments’ walk from the lake, cafes, and boutique shops on Warners Bay foreshore, the location is superb. Take a bike ride to Speers Point Park or enjoy the stylish, modern coastal aesthetic that feels crisp yet welcoming.
On the ground floor at the front of the home, you will find three bedrooms as well as a fourth bedroom or rumpus area, and, the home office. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and ceiling fans whilst the rumpus has a sofa bed and 75 inch television. The study has a monitor for ease of work if needed. The stunning three way bathroom has a separate bath and shower and a separate WC. The large laundry has a washer, condenser dryer and built in ironing board. At the back of the home on the ground floor, the stairs lead down to the exquisite Hamptons style Kitchen that features a large stone island bench, Caesarstone countertops, endless storage, and is fully equipped with everything you need to make a feast, including a 900mm oven and a 3-burner electric cooktop. Additional amenities include a pod coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. The kitchen overlooks the spacious open plan lounge and dining area. The lounge has a large comfy couch and 75 inch television whilst the dining area that can seat 8. The lounge and dining open out to the covered entertainer’s deck, complete with a 4-burner gas BBQ and dining table and benches The rear deck overlooks the tidy yard and the exquisite inground swimming pool.
The upper level is purely dedicated to the master retreat which comprise of a light an airy master bedroom offering filtered water views, a walk-in robe, ceiling fans and an ensuite.
The home also boasts ducted reverse cycle heating/cooling throughout and Unlimited wifi ensures you stay connected during your stay. Off-street parking and fully fenced front and rear yard.
Parking is available in the rear yard on the concrete area. The garage in the rear yard is not available for guest use.
This property is pet friendly.

You will be provided with limited supplies for your first night's stay and we recommend organizing a shopping trip to pick up items like toilet tissue, shampoo, washing detergent, cooking oil, coffee, condiments, etc. for the duration of your stay.
