Questa deliziosa suite "Fisherman" con una camera da letto ha un ingresso privato separato sul retro della casa. Entra da un portico privato, recintato e coperto con posti a sedere per due. C'è un bagno 3/4 con doccia, un letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto e un divano letto singolo nel soggiorno. C'è una Smart TV per coloro che desiderano rilassarsi e guardare uno spettacolo. L'unità ha anche un angolo cottura con frigorifero, forno a microonde, caffettiera, tostapane e tutti i piatti necessari per un soggiorno di vacanza.

Vi è abbondanza di parcheggio fuori strada e privacy.

Qualsiasi o tutte le suite Acanthus possono essere noleggiate per gruppi di diverse dimensioni!

Le suite Acanthus sono una delle prime importanti dimore storiche del Friday Harbor. Costruito nel 1913, era un regalo di nozze per una ricca figlia di commercianti. Great location, but ok accomodations

This space was fine. It is very close to town, so the location is great. It is a quirky set up, but overall the space was fine. The check in is a little confusing, but overall I enjoyed our stay.

It’s close to everything, and the private entry and deck are a bonus. I especially liked the doggie blankets provided for us in the unit. We’d like to come again sometime.

Helpful with check in, (use the discount code for the whale watching tour!) let us check in early, nice spot, easy walk to everything, yet a quiet street. And right across the street from a great Rec center/ CrossFit gym!

Perfect spot!

Great little apartment just a short walk from town. Ample parking, quiet neighborhood and very comfortable accommodations for our needs. The pullout sleeper couch was a bit on the short side so probably not great if you’re over 5’5” but otherwise very comfortable.

Marvelous location

The quaint little apartment was just a few minutes walk to the center of the hustle and bustle of Friday Harbor. Absolutely adorable. Only suggestion I would have is more facilities to cook. There was only a microwave. A stove, oven, would make a massive improvement and make the place perfect.

Tiny bed and bath, my child used the pull out so no other place to sit. One towel per person for 4 days, Worlds tiniest tv placed far away with no instructions. Nice porch, but uncomfortable chairs. It was clean, but not very comfortable or special in any way. Clearly very little effort put into this unit.

Reviewer Comments: After arriving at Friday Harbor by ferry it was a pleasant and easy walk to the Acanthus Suites. Beautiful old house of the craftsman style, historic too. We left our bags there and walked down to the wharf and had dinner. It was delicious and the Washington state wines were excellent, the views, tremendous!When we got back to the VRBO we turned in for the night. Very early, I mean very early the next morning a trash truck drove into our backyard, under our bedroom window and emptied 3, yes 3 dumpsters. It jarred us awake. We stumbled into the kitchen to make coffee and to our surprise and consternation there was no coffee, sugar or nondairy creamer!This is a charming house and neighborhood, but the unit is not ready for prime time yet! Not up to VRBO standards. Don’t stay here if you know what’s good for you. One last comment. The unit is advertised on the VRBO web site as being $62 per night but after all the extra fees was well over $200 per night.We stayed two nights and paid $400 plus! Yes! $400 and no coffee!We stayed and paid but will never do it again. Hiway robbery is more like it. Stay far, far away!

Very comfortable home. The driveway is a little tight and steep but worth the extra effort to turn around. This place is quiet and well cared for.

Worked for us

Needed a place close to the marina at a reasonable price. Yep. Wanted a kitchenette. Check. The bed was not great and the shower needs some maintenance. A new bed and some shower wall repair would make this unit much better. (Shower worked fine, but the wall needs repair.). Unit was clean and everything worked, so it was ok for us.

Do not recommend

Pretty unpleasant experience. Read other reviews carefully before booking, I did not... No where comfy to sit and read (the couch is abysmal), sleeper sofa is unbearable, staring at 3 dumpsters in the driveway every time you look out any window or have coffee on the porch, kitchenette is a glorified closet, other tenants park right under your window with zero regard they are practically in your bedroom (even when asked), had to sit in our foldable camp chairs on the porch and even in the living space as furniture is so uncomfortable, bedding frame and mattress boxes stored on our porch which is very small (really???!) Booked 5 nights, could only bear it for 3. Out $500 Highlight? The woman who cleans the property, she was a delight to chat with:) And the San Juans never disappoint!

Convenient and clean

Just right for 2 adults and a small dog. Great location (but watch crossing busy Argyle Ave!), easy walk to everywhere you want to go in Friday Harbor.

Excellent place near downtown

It was a cute place, convenient to shops and food. Simple, but we were excited to have a place to stay! I recommend it.

The main bed was way too bouncy for us and the sofa bed was not comfortable. Other than that it was fine. we would suggest you add a simple shelf in the bathroom to provide more space to hold items.

Great Place

I stayed at this property while I spend a few days in Friday Harbor. It was in the back of a house that has a few other rentals on the same property. It was extremely convenient location to downtown Friday Harbor. Easy walk distance to all the shops/restaurants. I had no issues, bed was comfy and had what I needed. Only suggestion would be to add a bathroom curtain :)
