🍍 Guests have access to the entire condo, balcony, neighborhood amenities, beach, and pools (within pool hours). Please make yourself at home.
Located on the 2nd floor. There is a retail space below you and a 3rd floor above. You will have access to stairs and an elevator.

📍 LOCATION PERKS

Carillon Beach is on the edge of 30A. It's a small beach community with a lot of heart! Close to all the best things that 30A and PCB have to offer but private and less busy than the surrounding areas.

Kids can freely/safely ride bikes in the neighborhood and enjoy access to all the pools, tennis courts, playgrounds, and basketball court!

Carillon Beach requires a $35 parking pass per vehicle.
You’ll receive a separate email with instructions to be completed prior to arrival.

We provide a starter supply of essentials to get your stay off to a great start:
• Paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, sponge
• Dishwasher + laundry pods or powder
• Shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, bar soap
• Garbage bags
(Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.)

🏠 PLEASE REMEMBER — this is a home, not a hotel.
We kindly ask that you treat the space with respect, just as you would your own. While we don’t expect perfection, The Pineapple Doors reserves the right to charge the card on file for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.

🍍 LEFTOVER CONSUMABLES
Occasionally, we may leave behind sealed or nearly full items such as condiments or snacks from previous guests. We do our best to ensure these items are safe to use, but please inspect them and consume at your own discretion. The host is not liable for any leftover consumables.

The best way to get around Carillon Beach is on a bike!

There are multiple beach accesses throughout the neighborhood. All about a 5-10 min walk!

🚲 BIKE/SURF/PADDLEBOARD/KAYAK RENTALS:
Visit the beach supply store, Shipwreck, in downtown Carillon to reserve, or call to book ahead of your stay!

🍍 GOLF CART RENTALS:
Coastal Carts: This is the only Golf Cart rental insured in Carillon Beach

🍍 Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside – not even on the lanai. A $250 fine will apply.

🍍 Sorry, no pets. As much as we love furry friends, this home is strictly no-pets to protect future guests with allergies. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate checkout + fines + deep cleaning fees.
