Lafayette vacation rentals

We were well taken care of from check-in through check-out with the host and his support ensuring we understood everything about the facility with several follow-ups to ensure our visit was going well. The apartment is well appointed and the views are stunning. We speak only a little spanish (the purpose of the trip was to go to one of the local spanish language schools and improve our spanish speaking abilities) and the support of everyone at the facility was appreciated. And the gym and pool are really nice. I highly recommend this apartment if you're staying in Colonia Americana / Guadalajara centro. You won't be disappointed.

The apartment is modern and clean, with plenty of space for two or even Three people, Carlos is the host was very accommodating and polite, I most definitely would stay there again.Five Stars all the way..

Not just a fantastic apartment, but a fabulous experience! The apartment was just as described, but better in person than in the photos. The thoughtfulness shown by the hosts in every tiny detail was phenomenal. The location was great--just 4 blocks from the subway, near the University and VERY safe.

Traveled from California to Guadalajara for a Wedding, and stayed for a week. This place was GREAT! Very modern, tastefully furnished, well-equipped, comfortable, and very safe & secure. Great views of the city from both the living room and bedroom decks. The hosts, Manuel & Raquel were fantastic! They were quickly responsive if we needed anything, and helpful in suggesting restaurants, places to go, grocery stores, etc. And they turned us on to a GREAT TOUR GUIDE, Hector, who spent 2 days with us and educated us a lot about the city. This is really a GREAT PLACE to stay! Thank you, Manuel & Raquel :)

This was a spacious one bedroom loft that was well appointed with artwork from around the world. The kitchen was very well stocked Wythe anything you could need for preparing meals. Loved the natural light from high windows, the kitchen bar, dining, and living areas. Beautiful bathroom with lots of space for hanging clothes and storing luggage. Security staff were friendly and helpful, location was ideal. Would stay there again.

Ours was a very large unit, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living room, and separate kitchen. It would be very comfortable for 6 people. There were a few minor maintenance issues, but given the price and the location, it is a great bargain. Caution note, there is no elevator, and there's several flights of stairs to climb, so not ideal for someone with mobility issues

This place accurately reflected the listing, was very clean with a great view. It was safe with 24/7 front desk security. Shout-out to Sergio who went above and beyond helping us navigate and tolerated our broken Spanish. We are English speakers so communication was initially difficult. Not sure if the VrBO messaging app was having issues but check-in and communication after was spotty. The property manager did have both of our phone numbers and we ended up communicating this way. The property owners were very flexible with our schedule. Our 15 year old loved the pool. Traveling via Uber was easy from this location. Shopping needs were within a 5-10 walk. We would stay here again.
