We had a wonderful stay at this rental! The house was incredibly comfortable and easily accommodated our group of 9. One of the best features was that each bedroom had its own small private bathroom—such a rare and appreciated touch that made getting ready in the mornings a breeze.The location is unbeatable—centrally located and within walking distance to great coffee shops, restaurants, unique boutiques, and a charming farmers-style market. The neighborhood felt very safe and was perfect for exploring on foot.As expected with such a prime location, there was some traffic noise, but honestly, it was a small trade-off for the convenience of being so close to everything.Jorge, the host, was outstanding. I asked for a few extra bed pillows, and just a couple of hours later, they were delivered to the house—talk about responsive! His attentiveness really added to the experience.Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area, especially with a larger group!

Wonderful place. Location is perfect, close to everything in Coyoacán and easy to get anywhere else in CDMX. Tania was quick to respond to questions and gave a great list of things to do locally and elsewhere. Kitchen is well appointed, fans in the bedrooms, wifi worked perfectly. Will stay again on our next visit.

WOW, I can't believe I was lucky enough to stumble upon this beautiful, toughtful, comfy, and luxury boutique hotel. There are only 4 rooms so expect for the staff to know you well and feel like you are staying in your own home. There were so many small special details to my stay they are hard to list them all and I don't want to ruin the surprise for you! But let's just say I looked forward to spending my time in my room and on the property. The location is incredible with most things you would like to do in Coyoacon just a short walk away. This is an especiually great property for special occasions. They have all of these currated cute experiences they will do for you to celebrate a special occasion or just make your stay more magical. I would say the only thing that I was not impressed with was the food. There were a lot of tasty looking items to choose from but when the item was delivered (to the dinning room or your bedroom) the food lacked in taste and you could tell some of the ingredients were not as fresh or high quality of everything else you experienced at the property. To me, this seems like a lot of effort for very little return from the staff and woudl suggest they make the menu more simple but be VERY god at those few things. The neighborhood is crawling with restaurants so it's nice to go out and explore too. Finally, the best part of my stay was the staff. They are so friendly and helpful! You would be amiss if your didn't book this reservation.

What an incredible experience, in the heart of Mexico City. La Concepcion is a magnificent villa located in the historic part on the city. Enrique is absolutely the most gracious host and property owner that we have ever encountered. His willingness to orchestrate every aspect of our trip went way beyond our every expectation. His love for his city and desire to insure we experienced every aspect was evident with every touch. I am already planning our next visit. Service Service Service!!!! Shawn

This sweet apartment was perfect for our stay! It had a homey atmosphere and everything we needed if we decided to cook! It was very close to the parks, restaurants and mercados!

We were so happy with our stay at this marvelous property! Quiet at night, close to Coyoacan's center, plenty of hot water, comfy beds! We felt very much at home there.

Mi Zona was an excellent location and property. Good for two people.
