Our villa, located in Marmaris Söğüt district, makes your holiday enjoyable with its unique architecture, with its own private pool in the garden, where holidaymakers will collect pleasant memories. Everything has been thought of for the guests and will make you feel at home. Ideal for nuclear families and honeymooners. Söğüt is within 150 meters walking distance to the beach and restaurants.
Our villa has a single storey, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, private pool and garden.
We also have a 1+1 flat in the same garden. It has a total accommodation capacity of 6 people.

* Pool: There is a private swimming pool of 900 cm x 400 cm x 160 cm. There are 4 sun loungers and 3 umbrellas.

* In our garden, there is a barbecue, table and chairs, 1 swing, sitting group (2 singles, 1 double sofa and coffee table), 1 2-seat sofa and coffee table.

* Damage deposit Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 2000 TL is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, damaged or lost, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.

*Water and electricity (weekly usage quota 250 kW) is included in the price. If there is an excess of electricity, the exceeded amount is requested.
* Minimum stay is 7 nights. Outside of high season, 3-5 night stays + cleaning fee is required.
* Extra cleaning fee: 500 TL
